The Fanum bar refers to the Fanum Tax, where streamer Fanum would "tax" food off of other streamers by stealing it. The "pressing q" bar refers to how in many first person shooters, pressing q would make your character lean to the left.

The fanum tax bar is actually really good because he is a streamer of some decent renown. He lives in a house with other members of his stream team called AMP. Fanum would impose the "Fanum Tax" where when other people in the streaming house were eating, he would go and get some. Even when they tried to block the door fanum would come collecting tax.
