Well, the humans used the Absolute Zero Cannons, which stopped millions of the micro organisms in Destoroyah, basically their healing factors were nullified, and then meltdown basically disintegrated Destoroyah. Although, I believe Destoroyah still did survive, not entirely sure on that though.

Thats not impossible. Sure godzilla may have the odd chance he could turn nuclear. Destroyah is literally thousands of living organisms created by the destroyah missile that almost killed godzilla if it wasn't for the humans saving him. Those thousands of organisms join together to create destroyah. In the original godzilla vs destroyah he could literally turn himself into the living organisms and then re join them all together again to create the full body. He would literally destroy godzilla on a 1 on 1 fight in legendarys version.
