the alexa one might be real- my alexa keeps going off randomly saying "leave, leave, leave, leave...." and it'll do that for about 5 minutes every hour and when i unplug it, those same words pop up on my from from the alexa app.

Something similar happened to me! I asked if red bananas were a thing, and no joke, my Alexa said "keep the doors locked" it was absolutely terrifying. But I didn't bother doing anything cos I forgot about it.

For the faucet one, it's possible to fake it. If you turn the faucet on full max, and then turn the water mains off, it will look like it's turned off. Then get someone to turn the water mains on at a given point and the faucet will appear (from a distance, like this) to have turned itself on.
