To answer your question the reason he was able to survive in part 6 and 7 from drowning is because he’s now a zombie and in part 4 he died by a machete going through the said of his face by a kid named Tommy Jarvis then Tommy wanted to make sure he was dead years later so he stabbed a metal pole into his corpse then lightening hit it bringing him back as a zombie and how he survived being melted is that it was actualy a different company that made Jason goes to H3ll JasonX and Freddy vs Jason so they never really used the fact that he was melted by toxic waste and the reason some people think he came back from drowning as a child is his mother did a ritual that brought him to life and then his mother was decapitated after going on a killing spree for revenge since he was pushed into the lake but couldn’t swim and the counselors weren’t paying attention and to Busy doing the dirty
