I tend to watch both. I watch Jimmy’s video first and a couple days later, I listen to clicks reaction while working. He adds a lot of commentary to these videos. It’s not some dude watching silently and laughing twice, then yelling Reaction!

The data includes all heaves instead of shots from 30 - 40 feet. Which is fair since they count toward your 3pt percentage, but when you factor that certain players don't heave, and some players heave at every chance, the information suddenly seems skewed. There was info circulating around 1-2 years ago about deep shots like these. Just seems strange that he "painstakingly tracked every shot" just to include shots you can barely call shots

That is the nature of all shots isn't it? We don't just not count shots if they rarely go in. People take shots so those shots should be counted whether if it is a layup or a full court heave.

Sorry clique but pistol Pete might be the best comparison. Dude was a clear cut top 3 guard for his whole career with insane range especially for the time but even by today's standards, and obviously never won a ring. Put some respect on Pete's name. There was one season where they "estimate" he was making on average between 13 three pointers a night. Even if you round that down to 10 AND cut it in half, cuz oldheads be lying and exaggerating, that's still 5 threes a game, which is all star level even in today's game. I hate when people say "so and so would have killed today's league" but Pistol Pete is my one hill to die on. Dude would average 30 in a league that was more catered to his style and skillet instead of 6'10+ tall monsters in the paint. He already averaged 24 without a 3 ball while still taking 3pt range shots at atleast a decently high clip. Dame obviously got him beat in athleticism tho😂😂😂

I think it's a genuine question, whether you want someone like Jamal, Ja or Trae to be your playoff pg. As weird as it is, Jamal has to put up similar numbers in the regular season to prove to everyone that he is in the top 10, eventhough he plays like a top 10 player at the highest stage.
