I'm finally reacting to LOOΠΔ. Grab a snack ya'll this is a long one! Whether you're a LOONA stan or a LOONA newbie like me, enjoy my reaction to every single music video they have ever released. And just a warning, it's over 20 videos. So yeah. I really think you should grab that snack lol.

Loona's music is of course one of the reasons that so many people love them, but their lore is another huge reason why fans are so invested. The Loonaverse that they've built is huge and really explains a lot about the MVs. For example, the reason why Loona 1/3's MVs are so normal and innocent compared to the other girls is because the first 5 girls are just normal people from Earth. They're just trying to live their lives, although ViVi is an android who doesn't remember her past, so they have to teach her how to literally Love and Live again. ODD EYE CIRCLE is in the Cosmos, making them literally the three moons shown. They each have their own odd eye (Which it shows them getting in Sweet Crazy Love) and they each have a power. Choerry is a very important member since she can transport between the various different worlds. That's why you see her with girls from all 3 units (Haseul and Yeojin are in LCM and then she shows up in Yves and Go Won's MVs). The girls from YYXY are literally from Eden (Which is why Yves is pronounced as Eve and why they have apple and other fruit themes). All four girls actually make up one person, but they're each different emotions. Yves is Faith, Chuu is Love, Go Won is Hope, and Olivia Hye is Anger (Which is why she's left alone in Love4Eva, because she needs a reason to be angry). The girls of YYXY all decide to leave Eden though since they want to find out who they truly are and not only listen to what God (or the teacher in Love4Eva) tells them to do. Through all these MVs the girls are searching for each other, and now in Hi High they've found each other. Now the real journey can begin.

Sab the budget for the outfits in 1/3 was SO much higher too. the red dress heejin wore in vivid was like $4000 dollars, and all of 1/3’s photoshoots were so expensive bbc was LOADED. then you have choerry posing in front of a white wall for her photoshoot (she still served looks though)

Their ages when each solo came out (roughly): Heejin- 15 Hyunjin- 16 Haseul- 19 Yeojin- 14 (she just turned 16 rip Maknae) Vivi- 20 Kim Lip- 18 Jinsoul- 19/20 Choerry- 16 Yves- 20 Chuu- 18 Gowon- 17 Olivia- 16 Also each Loona member has their own representative colour and animal. Heejin- Hot pink/rabbit Hyunjin- yellow/ cat Haseul- Green/ bird Yeojin- Orange/ frog Vivi- light pink/ Dear Kim Lip- red/ owl Jinsoul- blue/ Siamese fighting fish Choerry- purple/ fruit bat Yves- burgundy/ swan Chuu- peach/ penguin Gowon- turquoise/ butterfly Olivia- silver/ Wolf Loona also have this one huge theory that runs throughout all their videos. It's hella deep and we call it the loonaverse. The last unit for example is based on the garden of Eden (hence Yves name). All of them are very different but connect through each video. Choerry is believed to be able to travel throughout all the worlds and shit. The first few girls actually had the most amount of money spent on them. I'm talking about millions. Each of their MV's were filmed in different countries (Paris, Japan, Iceland etc). But the editing definitely improved. It also has to do with concept. The 2nd batch being a lot more Girl crush and the 3rd sub unit being darker/more experimental (also gay but that's just a great bonus). Lmao sorry for the long ass comment I just stan Loona so hard.

Every single MV provide clues and hints of how the Loonaverse comes together. That's what makes many of us Orbits so invested in them, there are theory videos everywhere. And according to their producer, he has already planned 2 years more of story ahead and this universe isn't complete anytime soon. LOONA 1/3 & Yeojin are supposed to be on earth, thus them filming at normal streets. LOONA ODD EYE CIRCLE are somewhere between the earth and the moon, thus they were able to interact with members of 1/3 in their MV while looking at the moon. Cherry the fruit bat is the interesting one here as she is able to go upright to earth while go inverted on moon. She actually gave Yves(eve) her apple while also appeared inverted in Gowon's MV(creepy). LOONA yyxy are at the moon where Eden is, where they represent Faith(Yves), Love(Chuu), Hope(GoWon) & Anger(OliviaHye). They are supposed to be one being escaping and leaving anger behind, while OEC decides to give anger a chance. On GoWon's dinner table, you might noticed there's pineapple(GoWon), apple(Yves), strawberry(Chuu) and cherry(Choerry) too. There's more theories out there but this is just a rough intro.

I think that an important aspect of the video is how all the members meet like a chain reaction... Like how that one girl was surrounded by the other three from Odd Eye Circle, then is transported to another place where she meets up with the members from her yyxy sub-unit. Earlier in the video, two girls from Loona 1/3 (the first sub-unit) high-fived, and then it cut to a shot of yyxy looking off into the distance as if they heard the members of Loona 1/3 and are signaled to meet someplace. In the Loona videos, there are a LOT of subtle details that you don't pick up even after watching them three or four times. Even as I watched this video, I noticed subtle details and references to other music videos in the songs you reacted to.

I think that's the biggest plus with LOONA, theyre doing so many different genres of music that everybody can find at least one song they really like! And when you like almost all of the music genres, you end up liking ALL of their songs (like me and many other orbits). And the genres I wouldn't listen before, they found a way to make me love them just for their music!!

I got intrigued after watching them in an Idol Room episode. I know its complicated so I didn't want to start researching them. But this reaction video helps. Hi Dylan, I know you probably won’t notice this but since you made a long reaction video on Loona, I hope you can do another long reaction to one of the most underrated girl group in Korea. They are The 9 Muses. I am a die hard SONE. It was fortunate that I was able to stumble over this group and seeing them is like an alter ego concept that I wish Girls Generation did but possibly won’t. Idk, I can easily imagine each GG members doing this part and that. :D You may start in this song sequence: > Figaro > Dolls > Wild > Gun > Glue (My Favorite out of their Discography) > Drama > Hurl Locker > Sleepless Night > Remember ( most of the members left starting in this era and they added a new member to form a sub unit). > Love City They will probably disband next year or so.
