if you want to draft a pg at 22 i’d say bub carrington or tyler kolek, would highly recommend looking at film and intangibles on these guys. bub is a 6’6 pg with great, well polished playmaking ability as well as the size and length and grit to become a great defensive pg, he’s not much of a shooter but there’s a lot you can get from him regardless, can’t imagine if you could develop his 3 ball. Kolek is more of an nba ready pg, he’s 23, 6’4, although not very not athletic or that great of a defender, he’s decently sized, a great playmaker, and shot 48/40/88 splits in college this year and 40% from 3 averaging 7.6 assists could be exactly what phx could use off the bench. if you want a big at 22 i’d look at Yves Mistry and Bobi Klintman. I think Yves Mistry is a modern day clint capela with potential to be a prime brook lopez caliber. Bobi Klintman is more of a project player but you could mold him into what youd want in your team, whether that’s at the 4 or the 5 and even his play style

I am team bud all day. Been a huge fan of his coaching ways but I do still wish they gave Monty a longer shot as our coach. I mean hell at one point he was coach of the year did we get the ship NO but u build from it all and the suns quit on him. Monty is good coach and I always wish him the best. Let's get this right phx..the players and US FANS deserve a ship already

If Book isn’t willing to defend with effort than I really could care less what effort he puts in to his scoring numbers. Play for the team not your stats it’s infuriating his lack of commitment to playing hard every night.

100% I'm 5' 11" and I could get more rebounds than book. Defense and rebounds are all effort. As soon as a shot goes up he doesn't even try to go for it or block our. He just watches and heads down the ct. Shame

@@coupebabys1976 Because Giddy is a young point guard, he stands 6'7", giving him a significant advantage over most other point guards in the league. He is an encouraging prospect with a great ability to create plays and good defensive skills. He would be a valuable addition to the Suns' present and future.

@@coupebabys1976 I respect your opinion, but I don't share it. I see that we have three scorers and sacrificing one of them to do a task that doesn't make him the star he's known for (the best Book has been with CP3 or Rubio by his side) is just repeating last year's formula. I agree with you that we need a Center or Power Forward, and I would love to be able to trade Beal, but it seems like they don't want to give up on the Big 3 all-in. In any case, I hope they can implement a game plan that we make competitive for the next champ.

I'm sorry but Kevin Durant will not outenergy and outcompete anybody. He is a hooper. Netiher will Booker anymore sadly. He is chilling. They are 36 unbothered. If you want them to grit and grind you need a hypnotist not a coach.

Exactly. This is what happens when you pay guys 50 million a year. A bunch of spoiled arrogant little pricks who have no interest in winning. Only their money. Suns fans need to watch the playoffs right now because all the teams in the playoffs now have far superior rosters to that of the suns. If these guys really wanted to win they'd give up 20 million each for 3 more substantial talents. Because that's what they would need to beat any of the teams in the playoffs now. None of these guys deserve the 50 million they're making. 25 million maybe for Booker and KD but certainly not Beal. What bothered me with this Bud character is he only talked in platitudes. He didn't say exactly what he was gonna do to make this team better. It sounded like he was still doing the job interview. Giving a bunch of raw raw statements without any specifics.
