Pretty sure the nickname 'Papii' came from Gun mispronouncing 'Puppy' (their first show together was called Puppy Honey). It's been his nickname for Off ever since and it's also why their fans are called Babiis

Gun's nickname for Off is Pappii because it's a play on the fact that their first drama together was "Puppy Honey," where Off's character was a university student who was studying to be a veterinarian. So Gun started to call Off, Pappii -- a combination of poppy and puppy -- in reference to their first drama. It's a nickname that only Gun is allowed to use. And it's now become the name that Off prefers. These days if Gun calls him P'Off, Off always looks at him weird. It's the same with ZeeNunew. If Nunew calls Zee P'Zee instead of Hia, Zee thinks its weird. It's just a couple thing, LOL.
