it hurts to watch ç_ c .. i twisted my ankle twice (falling from indoor climbing) ... now i'm recovering from twisting my knee on skateboarding :)

I rolled mine almost a year ago. Could walk afterwards but thought it would heal after a week or two. Turned out I'd ruptured three ligaments. Pain gone now but the ankle is not as strong. I don't even step on a board now without braces on both ankles. Not doing that again.
