I had springs because I wouldn't wear the rubber bands. The springs were unremovable & occasionally locked up, absolute nightmare and I probably still wouldn't wear the rubber bands if I had braces again. I'm 22 and I have a metal bar behind my teeth because my dentist knows I still won't wear the retainer at night.

I've been following you since 2011, which is when I got cancer. I was bedridden, only going out for chemo, and was in so much pain that I watched youtube to take my mind off of the pain.
