Cotija is actually salty lol try it on its own :) When added to something sweet (such as sweet potatoes) it enhances the sweetness of the potatoes. But cotija cheese in general is salty lol

Well I kind of understand that. They need person that will stay in character and not a person who will be recognisable. It's like in theatre... instead of focusing on a play everyone would say: "Look it's Ariana" if she would take a part in that. Second of all: Did she talk with people as Miranda when she should work? 10:55 I’m actually glad I never went face character or used in parades or shows. It’s stressful trying to keep them interested. The only parade I did was the Halloween parade as Frollo and the Christmas parade as a tin soldier. The rest of the time I was Goofy, Baloo, Launchpad, Genie, and Tigger in the park for meet and greet. They don’t watch you doing those. They don’t care as long as you just come to work. I loved it though. Making people smile was great.
