Depends on the mood. Here's a list of some underrated (in my opinion) songs: Walking In The Air (From Wishes to Eternity), Procession, Master Passion Greed, The Weave, ... And I also like the orchestral/instrumental versions. They just released a collection adding up to over 2 hours.
