the "Nmixx we get it on now" is basically the change up for this song, it's just a small change up compared to their other songs, but the entire song is full of change ups anyway so they didn't really need a big switch up of a genre

This group is getting better with every comeback! They got the mix down! You have to check out their stage practices to hear them sing raw vocals while doing their ridiculous choreo!!! They have such good choreo!

Thank you for reacting to it, I’ve been obsessed since it’s dropped, the EP has been on loop haha

I have been watching your videos since you started reacting to skz. But idk why. I became a fan after watching this reaction. Maybe because of seeing you vibe with the songs. I love it anyway. Subbed.

I know you’re new to the fandom, but their harmony line in the bridge of them all singing “you cannot hold us down” is such a powerful statement from them for us fans that have been here from the start. So proud of their hard work and success, best girls in the world.

Also, I'm still at a beginner stage with Korean, but the lyrics play with the word 별 (byeol), which means "star" and 별별 (byeol byeol), which means "all sorts of things that are different" or "different from normal" (I don't know if that's slang, but that's how I've seen it used). The chorus is essentially saying that we are stars because we stick out from the black sky, that we are different from the normal black sky, translated as "wierdos." In short: it is okay to stick out from the norm, or it is okay to be weird. Korean culture has a very strong normative element, and people who stick out from the norm are socially penalized. So this is a counter-cultural message. I've compared NMIXX to Brown Eyed Girls in the past, because NMIXX is getting more and more provocative. I love it, but we'll see how far they push it.

XG, NMIXX, Mamamoo, and Red Velvet. If you react to (G)I-DLE then you've hit my top five groups.

I don't like any of the songs on Stick Out more than Dash and Run for Roses... yet. But I haven't seen them perform any of the new songs live, which has changed my opinion in the past. The songs on Stick Out are a very clear lyrical statement, though, and I support the message.
