@@manasa530 i didn't have any intention to shame other people. it's just my personal preference to speak English without an accent, so i chose that for myself. i find/found my initial accent to be quite bad/cringe, so I worked hard on it, and now i speak like a native. if there is someone else who has an accent, and they don't want to change it, i guess good for them. i won't disespect them in any way of course, and in the end, it's their choice.

@sewer~rat ok, i need to clarify. because well, as i explained in my other reply it's just my personal preference. because I find/found my original accent to be quite bad/cringe. so I worked hard and changed it to sound like a native speaker. a lot of people change their accents for similar reasons. if someone else doesn't want to change it, good for them. and obviously i won't disrespect them for such petty things like an accent.
