Yup. that''s Kevin 'cello-boxing'. They found him from a YT video doing just that when they needed a beatboxer. HIS MANY TALENTS ARE AMAZING!

They had a very specific vision for this MV, it's supposed to be like a portrait come to life. They were purposely very still through the whole video. Others have said it elsewhere, but Scott sings with his whole body, so it's hard for him to be still like that. He's holding tight to the chairs to keep from using his hands while singing. There's some "behind the scenes" from making this video in the 2014 PTXperience episode 3 "Let's Get This Tour Started".

This is heartbreaking. You can feel the pain and desperation in their voices. I was in a situation like this about 15 years ago and it is still very hard for me to listen to this song without the crushing heartache. 💔💔 It is hauntingly beautiful.

This video is in my top 5 Pentatonix favorites, and probably my favorite for a Kirstin lead - she just kills this song, and her emotional lead really brings home the sorrow and desperation this song always brings out for me.

Mandarin, actually...and probably both since he spent some time in China because he'd planned to work there after graduating and becoming a doctor. And then Scott and PTX changed his whole life around.
