About tripleS: Before the members were revealed, it was set up from the beginning that tripleS would not have fixed units and would operate on a rotating basis of subunits and solo groupings. Their system operates like a mix of LOONA, NCT, and AKB48. The decision of who is grouped together is given to the fans through voting. Both the lineups for Acid Angel from Asia and +(KR)ystal eyes (the next subunit) were voted on by fans. Every member who had been revealed was included in this voting process, which we expect will be the case forever. Fans are given an idea of what the concepts/songs are going to look and sound like, and voting is done from there. I can definitely see how the voting can backfire, but so far, it's been a controlled system where all members are included, and fans are given an idea of what their album rollouts are going to look like for the coming months because the concepts are already somewhat decided. A lot of people are confused about the group having "disbanded" due to misleading article headlines from news sites. "Disbandment" is a word that was introduced by these news sites rather than the company itself. It is an incorrect way to frame the promotions of these subunits ending. The default for this group is NOT repeating lineups. The company later stated that if a unit is able to reach 100k album sales, they will be maintained. This is an exception, NOT an expectation. Neither the members nor the fans were expecting the lineups to be maintained AT ALL going in, so this is a goal for when they're more established rather than being immediate. Simply a motivating goal post for the future, nothing more. All members will be active, just not at the same time. There is no disbandment, just regrouping for the next round of albums/concepts/voting. This system allows the members to have more work-life balance because their promotions will be staggered throughout the year, and they know ahead of time what formation they'll be a part of. For example, while the AAA members were preparing/promoting Generation, the KRE members had been able to practice at their own pace, finish their school commitments and go home to rest. This will also be the case for AAA members once KRE starts their promotions.

In other words: it's a goal they strive towards, not something they immediately achieve. And since it is such an insane goal the girls also wont feel sad about it but instead draw more motivation from it If you watch their content you can easily tell that they are getting treated really well by MODHAUS. There is no need for backlash plus you are too late for that party anyway Just like the entire TripleS project, the sales-threshold is also ambigious

regarding triples and nfts: it is 100% optional to participate in the nft aspect of the group, you do *not* need to get involved in order to stan in any way! the nfts the group uses are just digital photocards which you can purchase and trade within their app, and you can also scan your physical pcs to get a digital (nft) copy. BUT, if the pc is never scanned it never turns into an nft :) the nfts are necessary only in order to vote for group decisions like title tracks and subunits, since 1 digital pc (nft) gives you 1 of the voting currency that's used within the app - you can easily get them through official events which give them out for free if you complete the required task but as i said, just listening to their music and buying albums won't automatically make you tied to nfts in any way

the issue w the bass in bye bye is not an issue in the streaming version. I think youtube's mastering system kinda messed the song up a lil bc it's lower in volume on streaming services so when they tried to raise the volume for youtube standards it distorted the bass. this song is a bside on their debut album and their other music videos are from another bside and title track, so I'd recommend checking out. they also recently cameback w a remix of their other bside stay with me and it's so fun and catchy I'd recommend checking out both versions and the performance videos as well.

I think it’s because people wanted the royalty concept like from the teasers and the switch was very abrupt. Or they wanted something confident sounding like Wannabe because generally. Another thing to note is that regardless of how people said their latest comebacks were flops, they still broke records with it so it could be that it was learning more towards domestic success rather than international.

The so called "hate" is fabricated and it's just coming from jealous and hateful people hiding behind their computers and phones :D I'll be honest about their strategic road map, it's working internationally (BLY is a representation of that and a step in that direction). Their sales globally are increasing every comeback and you can thank the fans outside of Korea. Being a million+ selling group with "Checkmate" is no joke and "Cheshire" is on its way to that as well (already broke Checkmate's first week sales). Global outreach is the priority for this group and same applies to TWICE and Stray Kids (under JYP) because it simply means more $$$$ for the company. From album sales, digital sales, corporate sponsorships, etc, that's the real "play" here. ITZY are doing just fine and MIDZYs and KPop fans who don't stan them know they are amazing performers. To be honest, I feel "SNOWY" could have been an even bigger title track over "Cheshire" but that's just my opinion.

The NFT thing proposed by the company of TripleS is actually a good marketing strategy. From the sales of the 'objekts' members can gain bonuses. These objekts are like a gacha of photocards where you can collect them and you can also trade them to other users through the app. Every time you buy an objekt you obtain 1 COMO (the token used by the app). You can only trade the photocards and not the COMO itself cause the token has no trading value and is made only in the purpose of voting in the app. If you are sceptical about the nft being harmful to the environment, COMO is part of a blockchain called polygon which uses co2 in producing and they also absorbs the co2 emitted in the process
