Suigetsu, the shark tooth guy, is a member of the Hozuki Clan, and has a special ability that causes his entire body to be made of Water. It makes him impervious to multiple forms of damage, and almost untouchable in a large body of water, but he is extremely weak to Lightning Style Jutsus. He's also a skilled swordsman, which is related to the goal of his character.

@@ameera8423 compared to every other effect, he is extremely weak to Lightning style, as it is one of the few things that can effect him normally. Furthermore, we dont have a good scale for what Lightning Styles have been used on him in scaling, it's basically just been during his time in Hebi/Taka. He got completely neutered by Raikage not even using one of his primary skills. All Raikage did was charge the Executioner Blade with electricity, and pinned him to the wall with it. Normally it wouldn't affect him, but the Lightning Style weakened him to the point he couldn't fully keep shape. Otherwise, the only extreme damage Suigetsu has ever taken really, was from B's Tailed Beast Bomb, which is just chakra being blasted, so it makes sense it would affect him.

Killer Bee is a rapper (hes the only rapper dont worry) so he was writing rap lyrics during the fight, hes also an expert warrior that has full mastery over his tailed beast he was using 8 swords, also that ink ball attack is a tailed beast bomb all tailed beasts, and Sasuke's ability in his left eye is to create the black flames and his right eye controls them

So basically your kinda on the right track. Killer Bee is kind of like a joke character not that serious when he isn't fighting. He writes down lyrics in his notepad as it gives him inspiration. At this point in time and Sasuke and his group weren't as strong as they are now, and this is the first time we see Bee so he's obviously going to be strong as he has control over the 8 tails. Suigetsu the guy with the sword and his body turns into water is from a clan where people inherit the ability/ kekai gentai to turn their bodies into water or it's a jutsu that's passed down. The guy with the rock arm is also part of a clan where they have special abilities. And Jugo this guy was taken in by Orochimaru to experiment on. And Orochimaru enhanced his abilities. He is under curse transformation like the sound 4 and Sasuke, and can also use sage mode I think. When you part of a clan there's always some kind of ability that's passed down. And that girl (Karin) is part of the Uzumaki clan same as Naruto and she has a different ability that gives her the healing bite marks. I won't talk about Sasuke's Sharingan too much or else it will just spoil it for you. But Bee is fast because he's from the hidden cloud and they mostly use lightning style which is the fastest element/style. When Bee turns into 8 tails he's in tail beast mode or host mode one of them. The "ink" ball in his mouth was his Tailed Beast bomb. Suigetsu isn't dead it's just that when he was in that water form he took a lot of damage so his body couldn't revert back to human. Sasuke was thinking about his team because he didn't want to die until he kills Naruto and Sakura (my theory I'm not too sure). Sasuke ms abilities are Amaterasu and Amaterasu flam control meaning he can control the shape and everything of Amaterasu. This was when he first got his new mangekyou Sharingan and it's not eternal yet so every time he used it it would drain a lot of chakra and energy from his body, which is mainly why he got beat pretty bad. You should listen to Killer Bee rapping in English dub.

They both had SOME good filler to watch and myself or someone could always recommend which ones for you. But just so you know Madara doesn't really show up until the VERY end of Shippuden, basically the last arc

If you want to watch Naruto, I highly encourage you to maybe speak to Oceaniz about it. There are other "cuts" of Naruto that remove filler and improve pacing, but from what I've heard, his is very well put-together. "Is that edible? The tentacle--like, can you eat it?" Fun fact, yes! It's been confirmed by two particular characters that Tailed Beast flesh can be eaten. But most people won't live to tell the tale.

I case you happen to see this, some backstory. Karin, the redhead, has a special ability which was abused from her when she was young during war, which is the healing when they bite her. I think she only gets arousal from Sasuke because she likes him. Jugo is from a clan which was able to extract natural energy into their body, which causes his transformation into the brown stuff on his body. Orochimaru based off the cursed mark, that Sasuke has, with Jugo's ability. Also Killer Bee is like an expert swordsman, and that is his special technique. A style with 8 swords, just like an octupus.

so it more like races and curses but there are chakra natures earth, water, fire, lightning, and wind but you can mix them together to make other types for example mix earth and water you get but the thing that most people only unlock one chakra nature but some people unlock 2 or 3 and there are genkai genkais which are powers passed down through blood like sasukes sharingan only the uchiha clan can use that power then there are modes which you can attain through training or curses like sage mode naruto trained to attain sage to beat pain and like the curse mark that the guy with the orange hair had its a body enhancement and genkai genkai can have different stages as you strain them and they can be used at the same like a stack

I don't know if you ever want to go down this route. But I'd recommend the manga if the 700 episodes seems like too much. It's the exact same story and the anime is literally the manga but animated. Also the anime drags out scenes for an entire episode while they are 2 pages in the manga. It's also more graphic in the manga. When I first started reading manga I'd thought I wouldn't like it but once you start reading it, it's almost like you're watching an anime and you forget that it's a manga. Just a thought. I recently read the entire Buu arc of Dragon ball Z in 4 hours. That's approx 70 episodes of anime in 4 hours and it's almost identical to the anime. Just a thought
