I think what really made Selena a star is that she had so much fun in every performance and she conveyed that to her audience. The music, the dancing, the smile, her interaction with the audience is what makes it worth watching her time and time again. I will always love Selena.

Como La Flor means Like The Flower. It's a break up song. She compares their love to a flower. A flower must receive care and love to beautiful (the flower represents love). The guy finds someone else. She wishes him all the best even though her heart is broken. The flower then begins to whither (they're love has died). She doesn't know if she can love again because she gave the best she could.

this moment in history, when she smiled and waved to everyone on earth and ended the show with a song about losing love, but knowing how to win in life. that night she set the record with almost 67,000 fans for the largest crowd in the history of the astrodome. i am forever thankful for the decision to record this concert in such high quality for 1995 and from many angles, because a few short weeks later she was assassinated.

The reason you can barely hear the crowd or feel like they aren’t more hyped is because this concert was at the Astrodome which was at the time a football/baseball stadium and she broke the attendance record of almost 67,000 people, the stage was in the middle of the dome and therefore causing the crowd noise to get lost with the distance between the stage and the stands.

Thats the astrosdome.. its hard to hear the ppl in there cause its so big in there..and they're so far away from her.. i was actually there as a 15 yr old with my girlfriend.. and shit was soo loud ...it just doesn't resignate

Honestly.. i was with my girl who was 18.. i was a freshman in HS. She was a senior.. so i really didn't pay much attention to what ibwas seeing.. i didn't realize it was so special and significant...but when I tell you that was the loudest I ever heard the astrodome..and ibused to go alot...i played baseball growing up..all the way to college.. so i paid attention to astros games.. and how loud it was when they won.. they didnt have shot on that concert... so loud..and live... i will never forget that day

For some reason hun ur videos keep going in and out and btw people think this was her very last concert but it was just her last televised concert Selena did other shows in Texas before she died there’s even some on KZbin if u type in live performances Selena did in March etc Bc this concert was in February
