Stays in the comments were pushing this so hard we decided to BUMP it up the watch list. So here is my reaction to DOMINO!
And after listening to it so much I totally understand why it was so heavily asked for! This song is so much FUN! I cannot get over how clean this choreo is either! How do they never miss!! Too good for their own good!!

"Why isn't this a full MV?" You've just hit a milestone in Stayville. This question is a common lament, and you'll understand even more when you get to things like the "B Me" and "GO生" (which is actually part of Tortoise and the Hare) and even "TA" unveils. The "Domino" unveil is definitely the most complete/complex, but "B Me" is basically a mini film and literally an essential part of the Mixtape storyline (falling between "On Track" and "OH") -- and yet didn't get an MV. We never know why, and we never which song it will be, but ODDINARY and MAXIDENT giving us full MVs for every single unveil was an unexpected break in the established "We don't get a full MV for that song?!?!?!" pattern. We're so spoiled with the amount of MVs and other content we get, but somehow we still end up pleading for just one more.

Not oddinary though, up until this day people beg for a charmer mv, me included^^ I heard somewhere that charmer was intented to even be a title track but then maniac came so it's still is confusing to me how that song never got an mv and also I think a dance practice as well.

Yeah, can confirm that SKZ directly said Charmer was originally made with the intent of it being a title track. I SO wish we had at least a dance practice. That choreo is oomph.

I think Stray Kids want to say that whether it's out of love or hate, everyone looks at them. people are just jealous and want stray kids success. You should definitely check out the english version, may clear up the meaning a bit. Both are amazing and in my playlist. Its basically about how they set trends and everyone follows, how they are building themselves up and others are trying to copy but fail, and even when they can't compete they still look to them. It's also along the lines of "we've made this from scratch and we're setting trends, you can't even copy us well so keep trying it's funny to us". Complete diss track like the rest of No Easy. It is honestly the most well founded diss album imo. They worked so hard and the clap backs to people trying to say they don't deserve it are hilarious. Also STAY have so much influence we got "Aye Domino" to be Dominos pizza twitter bio for a while 😂🍕 that was the best

"Why is there not a mv?" Nobody knows. Everybody is still mad. I'm hoping they'll have a long break in the near future (because they deserve it fr) or during their military leave and reveal every mv that was never released just to feed stay during their absence. But yeah, Domino is a fire song! It's actually on their second full album, which was released last year (2021). They only released mini-albums in their first two years and released their first full album in 2020. So it's quite recent. I've not been a stay for too long, but as I know there are a lot of disstracks on Noeasy (the album, with Cheese being my fave disstrack), I imagine this as a song saying they don't care about what others think and they set up their own ambitions. And eventually, everybody will be "knocked down like dominos" aka will hear their music/will follow them/hear it/will know about their success/etc. It's inevitable, you will know about Stray Kids and if you're gonna love it or hate it, that's your choice. And yeah, this week they won the Album of the Year Daesang (grand prize) at the AAA for a fully self produced album. So they were right and I'm so happy for them! I believe it was the Inkigayo stage, but Han made a mistake with the dancebreak choreo and in Lee Knows fancam you see him glaring at Han like he's thinking about how he's going to punish him after that hahaha. For the future, if you want to add reactions to those stages: most of the time reactors block the video, turn up opacity, mirror image, block the logos. Hope that helps you with future reactions! So, domino is a part of the NOEASY album (came out late 2021), which is basically an album dedicated to stray kids' antis. domino basically is portraying the idea that although people hate on them they're always coming back for more of their music, if that's in a 'I guiltily like their songs even if I hate on them' way or in a 'you're still streaming the songs even if its just to hate' type of way it doesn't matter. They;re pretty much just flexing their influence on the industry and their haters :) Also, when you go back to the beginning of their discography, I'm curious, will you be just doing the M/V's? Or will you be checking out the whole albums? Either way, let me tell you, A LOT of their B-side tracks that don't have M/V's are seriously some of their best songs, they're absolutely incredible! Oh, and the majority of their older songs (Aside from a couple predebut tracks) were recorcorded in an OT8 version after wjn left, so if you check out any lyric videos be sure to use those ones :)

I have always loved their dance practices and the synchronized stomps and claps just sent me over the moon. I did watch a choreographer react to a few of their dance practices and they were commenting how typically you bring the next singer front and center just before they sing which can make choreography lag but they pointed out SKZ always have choreography and formations that bring the singer in from the side or reveal them at the back as they start singing which causes no lag. I can't unsee it now how they do this so masterfully to give each person spotlight without detracting from the group as a whole.

I'm catching up on your reactions so I'm sorry for the notifications you'll get from me shortly but I'm so pleased you're still so in love with them. Domino not getting a full mv will always be Stay's villain origin story. Domino released on NOEASY, their 2nd FULL album (2021), but not their 2nd album released. They had a mixtape album, 2 sets of triplet eps (referred to as mini albums in kpop circles), a full album, a repackage album and some rerecords before this one came out. The kids are far too busy lol. As several I'm sure have mentioned, NOEASY was very much a "message to the haters" type of album, with Domino's message being that they set the standard, and everyone else follows. (Much like how the pizza company is favored both in Korea and the US). The English translations sometimes don't do their lyrics jealous but nonetheless, SKZ never misses. I love your hat, btw, even if it is ticklish lol

Domino is one of my favorite skz songs! It really is criminal that it didn't get a music video. We're still salty about it!! If you have time, I think you would really enjoy Silent Cry from Noeasy (another banger that doesn't have a music video T_T) and Secret Secret (also from Noeasy)! I loved Felix's beanie covering his eyes at the beginning of the practice haha, plus hyunjin going and wrapping changbin's arms around him at the side, and channie holding his hand. They have so much fun with their dance practices. God's menu practice is just literally hardcore. its crazy. Stray kids just won't use loud backing tracks so thats soooo awesome to me. Seungmin is notorious for letting us know his mic is onnn... I'm not saying you SHOULD watch on twitch, LOL but I'm gonna send ya a link to a twitch streamer who always streams Music Core (from Korea) on Saturdays. I'm bad at explaining but SKZ are basically saying people try to imitate SKZ and they act like dominos, hate or love them they are all falling over 1 by 1 to try imitate their sound, style and success but they can't, the action of them trying is like dominos or the domino effect. SKZ is also encouraging this in the lyrics by saying yes watch us dominate and rise as we knock out our goals 1 by 1. The pizza thing is a fun refrences to domino's pizza, because of the world domino heheheh. I'll also mention staytwt was having a blast messing around with the official dominos acc, and made a few memes out of it The "Noeasy" album, a play on the word "Noisy" because haters like to call skz music "noise music", had quite a few songs addressing haters and the hate they get but in very fun catchy ways, Domino, Cheese and Thunderous are the main 3 that kind of are clapbacks to the haters. Sometimes in skz songs a good few line of lyrics will basically tell you a very nice summary of what the song is about, somebody pointed out it out in the comments already so I'm not gonna steal their credit by basically copy and pasting

I am a professional dancer and I remember that one of my friends had asked me to teach them this song so they could perform it. I agreed with like two weeks to learn it. I totally forgot about it until the night before we planned on meeting up. I had to teach myself the entire dance the night before. Needless to say, it was extremely taxing to learn in one night, but man is it a fun song. I know the entire choreos to God's Menu, Maniac, Thunderous, Case 143, Side Effects, Back Door, Double Knot, Charmer, Miroh, Victory Song, Easy, and this song (I'm an ancient stay). Out of all of those, I think the only song that comes close to being as hard as this one is Easy, with Gods Menu and Miroh in a close 3rd. I absolutely adore this choreography because you can tell they're having fun. They are extremely talented dancers. By far, the hardest part of this song to learn is Minho's first verse that bleeds into INs verse. I kept messing it up so much. The dance break took me maybe 3-4 replays to get down surprisingly. The most fun part to do is Han, Felix, and Changbins rap part in the middle. It's so technical and hard hitting. You have to hit nearly every beat. It's so awesome.

No, Domino is long after they were new. This is one of the first four tracks from NOEASY, aka the quad of direct lyrical clapback/flex songs that kick off that album. NOEASY was their second _full-length_ album, but it wasn't anywhere near their second album -- by their one-year debut anniversary, they'd already released _five_ albums. They're closing in on _twenty_ albums now (along with dozens of singles), and they're releasing another album NEXT WEEK (December 21). In Korea, you can’t say company’s names on TV or radio etc.. because it might be advertisement. So celebrities talk like “something something Tube”(KZbin). And “ something something” is 땡땡(dang dang) in Korean. In DOMINO, they talk about not only domino effect, but also Domino pizza(company). That’s why the lyrics is “dang dang dang pizza”.

So glad you took the advice(I was one to recommend) to watch the dance practice which I recommend you do for any song that has one. Also if given the chance react to the dance relays as well because they are so much fun. Some songs have a Studio Choom performance which are great as well. To be honest, I start to feel like I have to post comments on every video (don't get me wrong, I really enjoy explaining Stray Kids related stuff to absolutely everyone, but since there's so many moments I feel like I need to explain it starts getting exhausting). I thought about having a little break but then the fact that I won't explain some cool moments just breaks me in pieces. So I'll probably post a bit shorter comments for some time from now on (I still need to post something under Side Effects reaction because I freaking LOVE the song). 3:00 Chan once said that he had (and maybe still has, we don't know) DOMINO as his alarm ringtone. He described it like he's sleeping peacefully in the morning and then suddenly "DAN DAN DAN DAN DAN" appears lol 11:26 I didn't really get what you meant by saying "if this is the 2nd album, then it's quite new". Because the "2nd album" means that it's their 2nd full-length album (1st one was GO LIVE in 2020, with the title track God's Menu) and it was released in late August 2021. But I probably just got confused and you didn't mean it like their 2nd album overall lol 13:37 One thing I don't like about most of the lyrics videos is that they almost always confuse one member with another and end up making the line distribution wrong :( It's actually Lee Know's part right here, not Chan's. And at 17:39 is Hyunjin's part, not Lee Know's Stray Kids NEVER disappoint with their choreography. It even seems like they either don't have a choreo for a song or they have a hard energy-consuming choreo. Honestly, I would like to recommend every single of their dance practices, they're all just amazing and the moves are overflowed with passion. By the way, somehow I haven't seen any comment asking you to react to another series of songs (like you did with the Holy Trio) which I'm crazy about. It's up to you, of course, but I just can't not recommend it! The series contains (in chronological order of the storyline): 1) Mixtape: On Track (one-sided love kind of song which leads to a broken friendship) 2) B Me (letting the person, who was once close to you, go because it doesn't feel the same now) 3) Mixtape: OH (regretting past decisions and being frustrated about your love for the person, and trying to get back the friends you once had) 4) The view (finally making up with your friends and gaining freedom, stopping to care about meaningless and frustrating things) Every song has a MV (except for B Me, it only had an unveil, just like domino, and I find that really unfair because this song is SO good) and they're all really beautiful. One of my fave track. My own take based on what I've seen: -DOMINO'S is a Pizza company known for quick delivery in USA and in Asia, so I get the pizza reference -the doorbell in the beginning- like pizza delivery in MV, but if you watch the dance video, someone mentioned that it's like a domino/mahjong tile table shuffler and I totally agree -yes, the sound of dominoes falling in the instrumentation of the song and in the choreo -the choreo practice is for stage performances, so they often are mimicking mic choreo, too. the basis of domino is ‘hate or love they’re going to imitate’. no matter what people say about stray kids songs, they inevitably try to imitate their sound: like a domino effect. ‘one by one go down down down, one by one they follow’ implying that nobody is doing it like stray kids, even when they’re trying to directly copy them. ‘my nickname is bulldozer, they crawl after’ they’re the first to try different styles and they’re hits every time, but when others try to imitate that ‘stray kids’ sound, they can only crawl in the rubble of what skz have already completed.

Stays- me included- are still not over the fact that this does not have a full music video. The whole song is basically like them saying "They hate us because they ain't us." Then those same people try to copy every little thing they do... like dominos falling one after another. I think it also sort of refrences that they bulldoze through those noisy haters and knock them back with their success... making them fall down around them like dominos. At least this is the ways I interpret it. Also, don't know if it has been mentioned to you yet but they have an all English version of Domino. You would have to do the color-coded lyrics video for it, too.

so as someone who learned the lyrics from the english version it’s worth listening to if the translations are confusing. The lyrics are a bit different due to translation but it can help clarify the more direct translation from Korean. Both versions are awesome and I tend to almost approach them as different but closely related songs when it comes to the lyrics. Hope that makes sense, I’ve got a fair bit of brain fog rn.

The lyric videos are going online approximately 5 min after the album drops. So I don't think, that they put in a lot of work & do the translation really fast. That's why some lyrics just don't make a lot of sense or some line destributions are wrong.

First I want to say that I really really enjoy your reactions. I enjoy seeing these genuine emotions about Stray Kids and their awesome music on your face. You can literally feel the adoration for our boys through the screen. It would be so awesome if Chan saw your reactions, because I know he would feel the same way I do. Please please please react to Eng version. Usually I prefer the original released version, no matter which language, just because that’s how I first hear it on repeat and so I get use to it. So it’s weird in a different language to get use to and to no try to sing it in the original, but Domino is the one that I prefer in rerelease. Also in live performance you will notice 3racha always has mics and the others wear head pieces.

I always feel frustration when i see someone reacting to this domino lyric color code because they missed who sang wich part in many occasions (lines from minho are missed & from hyunjin too) & the translation don't make much sense thanks to the korean wordplay in the song, so the meaning is also missed
