A person with a mask on can spawn when you go to the planet and if someone is wearing the mask in the ship nothing changes

The cool thing about the mask is that there's a chance the mask isn't even one of your friends. It can just spawn a masked employee on the map. It's really trippy sometimes.

Also, the ghost girl is one of the most dangerous enemies in the game as she can not be killed. She only haunts one player at a time, and the others can not see her. She has 2 phases: passive mode and aggressive mode. When she's in Passive mode, she stands still, watching you, teasing you, etc. In Aggressive mode, she begins chasing you by skipping towards you. And again, the only one who can see this is the person being haunted. She typically haunts the most paranoid employee and is one of the few monsters who can chase you even outside of the facility. If she touches you, it's an instant kill via decapitation. She will then go on and haunt the next player. It's truly a scary monster to deal with.

@normal_egg150 well you just run as far as you can. Even the ship isn't safe. She's a bit slower than you if that helps. But once she starts chasing you, it might just be time to leave the planet. Her spawn rate is also decently low, and she's on a few moons (including some of the first moons), but on the first moons she's on, her spawn rate is extremely low. She can phase through walls, too, so be careful. If she's in passive mode, finish looting as quickly as possible. But there are ways to avoid her chasing you as she likes to play. If you hear giggling, see lights flickering, hear a random voice say "Hi," or hear a grandfather clock, she's probably staring at you. It's important that you try to avoid looking at her. She will always spawn behind you. You have 2 free safe looks at her, but after the 2nd time, any looks towards her will have a random chance of her entering her aggressive phase.

@@Simpin4Robin You can just kite her the entire day tbh. Ghost girl is scary but super weak. Plus if you just listen for the distorted audio and never look at her she will never attack you.

Fun thing with that mask ; if you die while it's in your inventory, you become a mask person too. And on the more difficult maps the mask people spawn naturally. Imagine entering the building with 4 people, coming back to main entrance and there's 5 of you...

@@FrostyFyre nope just a rarer spawn compared to the rest of the enemies, it’s only visible to one player and will just show up near them a couple times, then it will begin to skip towards them and if it touches you your head explodes

The mask is based off an SCP that comes in the form of a mask that is sentient and has the ability to control the host. The lore states that anyone who holds the mask gets a sudden urge to wear it which they have to resist otherwise they die. SCP035 is classed as a Keter-class SCP, Keter-class is the class that all highly-dangerous SCPs are placed under. It is thought that 035 has existed for a very long time as it can recount memories of long dead people that had worn it. When you wear the mask, it is not you that talks, the mask itself can talk as the mask is a living object. Also known as the Possessive Mask.

The mask can turn into a mimic on it's own without the player putting it on so it can just show up sometimes when you don't expect it

The mask and the nutcrackers (the guys with the guns) are part of the actual game in the new update. The main mods they were using are the costume one, the fire exit mimic one, and the griddy one. (as well as a couple other ones that weren't really brought up in the video at all) Fun reaction once again !

The ghost girl stalks you for sometime and then starts to chase after you whenever and no one can see her but the person that she is stalking only also she one shots you when she gets close and never walk up to her.

The thing is the mask is inspired by the scp the mask. Not leathel company's idea and not a Jojo reference. The mask is an scp witch is trying to "seduce you if you know what I mean" talking to you in your mind and trying to make you put it on. One's it's on it takes control over your body. Anyway I am way to lazy to type this shit, so react to scp stuff if you want:)

There's a hidden sanity meter in the game and the ghost girl (who has 1 or 2% of spawning I don't remember which) goes after the person with the lowest sanity, thing is only the person she's attacking can see her everyone else wont see her and she won't stop until she kills you or you shower

Interestingly (saw this in the VOD) she can be seen by other players in the ships camera. As she was haunting one of the guys but they could both see her outside the ship on the camera.

the mask is an SCP reference, not a JOJO reference. also the ghost girl appear only to the player with the lowest sanity and randomely appear. after a while she start chasing the player and will not stop until the player is dead or until another player has a sanity lower than the first player.

Most people say the mask is like a jojo reference, most lean to SCP. By comparison, I mean I don't watch Jojo, but by reading others' comments though says it has to be a stand thing where it possess the user(?) while in SCP, it has some bloody mucus substance coming out of em. What I see so far on how the mask functions, is almost very similar to SCP-035. The killing process basically give it away as the mask itself threw up blood at the victim and to this day, I'm seeing people saying it was Jojo.

i'm pretty sure the mask item is a reference to the " SCP 035", which looks and functions almost the exact same. this isn't the first time lethal has referenced SCP either, the Coilhead being a reference to the "SCP 173".
