15:34 I’m pretty sure it’s the same technique astron uses but phenom is using lip bass or buzzing to create that choppiness in it I’ve learned astrons whistle and it’s actually quite fun and easy to do believe it or not… you do it daily and that’s stretch well exaggerate that stretch with a vocal tone strain it but leave it comfortable and hollow push the air outward with force while keeping the throat hollow and you have the astron whistle if you end up with a high dog whistle sound obviously given by astron it can be pitched with vocals and also uvula vibration and lip bass or oscillations
