Well i agree but savitar and flash could run at around mach 8 to 12 .Comic book super man is faster than that even comic flash is way faster than that but savitars speed is no joke.but if i would pick i would say comic flash bc he could move at 1,000000 times the speed of light if you were at that speed you could reverse time by running or before you hit light speed you could run into the speed force

Black flash didnt kill savitar in the show. Unfortunately They went with bad Logic and make killer Frost help savitar and freeze Black flash into pieces. (Dont worry he comes back since he just respawns in the speedforce) right after that Jay garrick comes out of the speed Force. Cisco appears and flash and wally and Jay garrick fight savitar. And Cisco Fights killer frost and yeah watch the episode to see What happens next.
