When I originally watched this episode and Gavin said he went camping at Catalina, I flashed back to the Laguna episode where LC went camping there (without Lo because she wasn’t allowed lol). Struggling to put up the tent, her folding chair falling. “I hate camping”. 😂

I googled Gavin and found an interview he did where he spilled the beans that this entire situation was super scripted and set up by producers. He said Brody and he were both acting and that when they weren't filming, Brody even said apologized and said he was told to act jealous, etc. He barely had any relationship with Lauren at all haha. Womp womp.

Doubt that's completely true because there's been unseen material come out where he is annoyed with Lauren for ghosting him and he had apparently started talking shit about her behind her back and they saw each other at a club and she called him out for it. Maybe in her 10 year special I'm not sure, but sounds like Gavin saying it was fake cause he was embarrassed which has also happened a lot with this show when cast members couldn't really stand for something they did or said.

This kind of stuff was always so disappointing to find out. Looking back and hearing about how so much of the show was fake (it was still an amazing show, don't get me wrong), I think they could have just got *more* into the casts' real lives. Like, why fake it? For instance, the storyline between Heidi and Spencer in this episode was obviously some fake little fight that they just came up with and it was SO boring. Just keep it real, yo!

Timmy’s back, using a roller always helps, or putting his legs up the wall. Or if you have yoga block (or a book of that size) place at your lower back, knees bent feet hip width. Then whichever you decide to do hug your knees in and rock gently from side to side. Then a supine twist, remember gentle you should never feel a pinching sensation. Google supine twist if your not sure, keep knees together. Love you guys!
