Fun Fact: The Living Tombstone is a composer for Hazbin Hotel, so it wouldn't surprise me if this was made with some insight.
@FrostyFyre10 ай бұрын
Yup, one of the Living Tombstone’s co-producers, Sam Haft is a composer on both Hazbin and Helluva Boss 😊

Wait really? I haven't seen much of hazbin but damn neat
@shreddedninja10 ай бұрын
I doubt very much due to the line "When you gamble souls the house will always win." As we saw with Husk that isn't the case.
@FrostyFyre10 ай бұрын
@@shreddedninja you can look it up, all the info is there and in the Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss credits. We ain’t pulling this out of our asses, but you are right to be skeptical. Keep in mind this song came out 3 yrs ago, potentially before Sam was aware of the Husker overlord bit (also don’t like your own comment right after posting it, kinda gives it away, bit on the nose).

Alastor's greatest strength is definitely his words. Not just in knowing exactly what you want, but he'll tell you exactly what the consequences are, but make them sound not so bad. But you know, humans don't really have a grasp on what eternity really means, and he uses that perfectly.

“When you gamble souls the house will always win” hits different now that we know more about Husk

Alastor was a serial killer and cannibal. There is a fine line between genius and insanity I think they show this perfect with him as his shadow I always creeping closer.❤

Geoff Castellucci released his march video on his Patreon yesterday .It is absolutely amazingly beautiful. Brings tears to my eyes every time I listen to it. He brought back his ghost cowboys from his "Ghost Riders In The Sky" video. I'm guessing he'll release it to KZbin on the 8th. If not the 15th.

There are plenty of Alastor based fan songs. I recommend Deal Maker and Radio Demon. Those are really good ones.

I find this song fits Alastor because he traditionally screws over or gets screwed over in songs, eg in Alastor's Reprise he gets interrupted by Sir Pentious, in Stayed Gone and Hell's Greatest Dad he completely obliterates the other vocalists, and completely shifts the finale song's theme. In this case he makes it go from a puppet show to a full out guitar-vocal looking in the viewers face, it's just so Alastor

Loved the reaction man, Your insight is amazing as always. Also just a heads up but Glorb released a new song "TRENDSETTER" its a Squidward solo, and BoiWhat just released a new song called "Funeral of an Antihero", hoping to see those reactions soon, Lots of love man and I hope you have a great day.

Speaking of snare I also noticed some hit hats as well in the chorus it adds a bit more to the feeling of an intense moment in the score of instruments because of the accents of the cymbols along with the snare and the trumpet blasts as well finally someone who appreciates instrumentals and vocals as much as I do keep up the great work

So I always viewed it as there being a soul trade in hell, overlords bring other sinners under contract of some sort and gained power from having those souls under their control. Like Husk gambled for peoples souls.
