i use the eyes one alot in things i make, how to do it is you make a face, add holes for the eyes, make the eyes one block back and the pupil in the exact center, the eyes will follow where you move since its dented in

Also the hand moving one the reason why it looked like that is because well it looked like the black and white was spinning so then that makes it so that when you look around it looks like everything else is spinning I've had that happen to me before too
