Some more in-depth info on these levels: Dark Odyssey by JonathanGD is a remake of Dark Travel by the same creator, both of which were incredible levels for their time and still are. Jonathan is known for making very long 4-10 minute demon levels with incredible amounts of attention to detail, and his dedication to making his levels is truly astounding, he puts in thousands of hours for each one. To put it into perspective just how much time the guy spends on his levels, he is currently about 35% of the way through creating his latest level, and he has been livestreaming himself building on it for over 200 days now, with each stream being like 8 hours. His inhuman dedication on top of his already brilliant level design and incredibly fun gameplay make his levels some of the best in the game, despite the fact it takes like over a year in between each one coming out. Ultra Violence by Xendergame is the last level in Xender's bossfight series, where he came into his peak as a creator and possibly the best creator at making bossfights in the game, and at one point was most likely the best creator overall in the game. Throughout the level, there are callbacks to previous entries in the series such as the Eschaton from his level of the same name (which I also reccomend checking out, that level in particular truly cemented him as an incredibly talented creator and is also very popular). He later went on to make his magnum opus and last solo level, white space, which you have already shown on your channel, and is also considered one of the best levels in the game. Firewall will be a bit harder to summarise, because it's not a solo project, but this is a decent opportunity to explain how megacollabs work. Megacollabs are collaboration levels that many different creators all come together to work on. This usually has a host, a verifier, gameplay and deco creators and playtesters. Megacollab hosts are essentially the manager and usually creative leads on the project, and they are in charge of getting all the creators on board, getting the creators to make their parts, merging the parts, finding a verifier and creating the whole concept behind the level. Creators are the, well, creators of the level, and they are each given one small part of the song to work on (say, a 10 second stretch of the song). First comes gameplay creators, who create the actual gameplay of the level, how the level plays. Then, deco creators will take the gameplay created for their part of the level, and decorate it in accordance to the theme dictated by the collab host. Playtesters then play through the finished level with all of the parts merged together, and then will either nerf or buff parts to try to make the difficulty consistent throughout the level, fix buggy or especially annoying parts, and generally add the finishing touches. Finally, a verifier attempts the level, and when it is beaten, is usually uploaded on the verifier's account.

​@@Chipperloki tbh, its very HARD to find a level created in like a day or even a week, most of these are like "I challenged myself to build a level in a day/week and this is how it turned out". Also to put a little bigger perspective in the game, there is this website called Pointercrate where you can see the Top Ranking Levels, Creators, and Players. There is this thing called the Demon List which stretches at top 150 or 200, and there are Legacy lists which means top ranked levels that are kicked off the leaderboard by a level that is harder. Also another explanation, gameplay wise, some levels can be VERY deceiving, fast,flashing, and so many objects moving does not necessarily mean the level is hard, trust me, try watching levels like Conical Depression. that level may have only the regular blocks but damn that level is HARD as heck 😂

i HIGHLY recommend reacting to Night Rider and Black Flag. they're two of the most visually pleasing levels in the game and are very well known and loved extreme demons. definitely worth giving those ones a shot

Flamewall is, like Grief, a top 1 that has not been verified, but Flamewall is easier than Grief. In Dark Odissey, when u see two icons at the same time, the player is in Dual mode, where you have to control both icons at the same time. Btw, the verifier of Flamewall is no longer OneAlphaHelix, its a player called Cuatrocientos. He already has 40% and a run of 39-100%

When there's a guy, a robot or anything else who is attacking you, it's a Bossfight Level. "The Eschaton" is a great bossfight level too and u can react to it if you want. There's "Astralith" too. A Mythic level with amazing visuals. I almost forgot forgot about "Deepdive" a legendary level with cool visuals and effects and with scary monsters :o . W intro like always !

The part where there are 2 icons on screen means that the player was in dual mode and even though there are 2 of them they are still controlled by the same imput which can lead to some insane gameplay, JonathanGD is actually well known for having insane dual sections in his levels There is an option when creating the level that makes it so that the dual icons are instead controlled by different inputs, if you see ”Player 1 | Player 2” flash on the screen when the level starts it means that this is enabled

Third is Out of This World, a demon that looks absolutely stunning. And finally is Lotus Flower, an extreme demon with a very interesting dual gimmik. :D

someday you should do "rare" by greafer, it's an impossible level that for a bit was considered the best representation of hell style in geometry dash a couple years ago, and some months ago it got an update that made it even better

In case you wonder how they made the glitch effect in dark odyssey, it was in 2.1, so there was no glitch shader. They used slow but intense shake triggers, and detail objects to make a glitchy screen. You can't collide with detail objects, so they're safe to use for effects and decoration. They probably used alpha triggers (changes opacity of the selected group) or toggle triggers (turns the targeted group on or off depending on what you choose) to get the detail objects on and off the screen... Lastly they might've also used some move triggers (moves a targeted group by how much you set it to) with no move time, so objects teleport from point a to point b. I hope this explains the glitch effect a bit (and if you want to know more on how triggers work, go look for tutorials). Edit: This is how I would've done it if it was still 2.1, maybe he used another way to make it happen, but for me the way I explained makes the most sense to be used for me.
