sarr is sorta the modern day big man version of shawn marion imo...take him 1st...he can be mr. versatile...he is not a sf really like marion was coming out of unlv but marion wasn't really a center either and became that so sarr could possibly play sf at times in certain matchups one day and be a 3 position player...marion had pg skills and sg defensive ability so he was super versatile over his career and sarr can't be quite that but he can be a version of it up front

At #4 overall, Stephon Castle makes more sense for the Spurs than does Matas Buzelis. I like Devin Carter, but the Spurs get Castle at 4, do they need Carter? I would pick Castle and Tidjane Salaun.

Zachary at 1 is craziness. Also, nobody should be drafting anyone 6'1" in top 10 or period honestly unless its Iverson or Paul type talent. I love Cody Williams to Detroit. People that are comparing him to his brother saying he's not his brother well his brother was an upperclassmen when he entered the draft + his ceiling at that time was considered a high level role player not the future MVP candidate he appears to be now. When comparing these 2 it should be Cody at 19 vs Jalen at 19 not Cody at 19 vs Jalen at 21 or even 22 which is what people are doing.

I thought pro comparisons were what they could be in the league, not just how those players were coming into the league. Like Reed Sheppard could become a divencenzo type player, not what divencenzo was projected to be out of college.

Call me crazy but I don’t see what everyone else sees in Reed Sheppard, I think he is the pick that in 4 years everybody looks back and says “you could’ve had “him” instead” and the fact that everybody is mocking him to Houston is insane, I can’t see him being on the court at the same time as Fred or Jalen cause the defense would be so bad that you wouldn’t be able to hide it and their coach (ime udoka) is a defensive minded coach. I just don’t see a 6’2 two guard who’s (in my opinion) ceiling is Grayson Allen or Dante Divincenzo being a top 5 prospect in this draft. And I’ve seen people say that he’s Steph with a better vert, which is insane and inaccurate, but it still shows you how he is covered with the constant glazing and how overrated he is. And sure if he turns into Allen or DiVincenzo then a top five pick is probably worth it in this draft but I think there is a lot of guys with way higher ceilings and way higher floors than Reed Sheppard.

I somewhat agree but I don’t think he will be a defensive liability he a good off ball defender and really good shooter and good passer I think he will be a really good backup They’re players with higher ceilings but some teams in the early lottery don’t have time or can’t risk drafting for potential and need a players that can impact right away especially with teams like pistons,rockets who desperately need shooting

Everyone always wants shooting, and now a guy comes out with the best outside shooting numbers since many time all-star Glen Rice in 1987, nearly forty years ago, and the utility can’t be there. Yeah, Shep is going to be great in the NBA. Casuals don’t believe the numbers when it suits a lazy bias they’ve developed.
