I'm really curious as to what improvements will fc25 bring. I will for sure not spend any money for fc points this year and also not buying the game on release. I'm gonna wait to see what you guys have to say about it after release. Think I'll wait untill it's free or at least half price in december.

@@SuperSub1 exactly what am doing I will not say I will not buy but at one point but I have pre order since 12 and ii haven't this year .. the only thing that brings us all back who say we wont be back is it's the only decent football game that offers the ult team aspect the gameplay horrible and am a good player who gets over 11 wins in wl and div1/elite before anyone says skill issues .. lads iv played for years am no push over but just saying it how it is have a good day

Not buying FC25 and feel a sense of relief. I’m one of the many that has spent too much on this game and it became an addiction. My dad had a gambling addiction and I saw the same triggers in me that my dad use to have. FC24 brought a new level of predatory practices from EA and after everything that EA did this past year, I’m doing my little bit to not support them. I’ve played FIFA since the start and it’s just not what it used to be. It’s also gone from pay to win to pay to play. After opening thousands of packs during team of the year last year and spending too much money, for absolutely nothing, I promised myself that I would not buy FC25. Love watching your videos and will still keep watching and look forward to seeing how it goes. I wish all the best unintended rewards to you and everyone else. 😅

I have said many times in other places that EA need investigating for the push on gambling and also scripting on a game that is paid to play. Fair to play for everyone means making it worse for those who are better so they cam keep taking money from poor players! Games a scam! EA need sorting out!

Have said this for so long. The game feels like an absolute stress chore to play, and it's been like this since I would say FIFA 17 - But even then, let's not forget the 40 game weekends and daily knockout tournaments. I hate to say it, But the addition of FUT Champs paired with the need for a million promo's every year and drastically scrambling to keep up with the FUT Champs meta power-curve players... Ruined FIFA

The online trophies a bit of grind and the finding all the animals, but apart from that it's extremely fun enjoy it, I did the cyberpunk 2077 few days ago highly recommend.

With a little under 2100 hours clocked in for fc24 (not counting web and phone app time) I realized I'm addicted to this game. Forcing myself to not get 25 at least until Christmas. Using this time to build my mental, financial aid physical health, and possibly ease me off of the game 🙇🏾‍♂️

I think the Rush game mode might be the best game mode to play for casuals. Utilising you best player and just having fun. Instead of grinding SBCs for non-tradeable rewards, or playing sweats in friendlies, rivals and weekend league. This will probably be the last ever FIFA i buy, as GTA 6 is due for release next year.

That's a MAJOR issue. Think about what you just said, that casual players...meaning those who work and come home and may get a couple hours a night before bed to play, will be subjected to ONE game mode? That's a fucking problem with the game, and so many more. What a douchey fucking take.

I am watching your channel, but I am not going to buy the game. I learnt one thing, even if their game is dogshit, I will end up doing their objectives and my homework because of FOMO. I will end up not resisting buying a few FC points to buy some pack that looks insane! I just figured out yesterday that I have like 18k PS points, you know where this came from??? Mostly from spending on fucking FC points!!! Anyway, this gave me around $75 USD! And, I thought of buying the game, but then, hey! This is the regular story! I won't go there and end up paying for FC Points, gridning the objectives and same old shit. I ended up buying a few cheaper games and I am now playing Yakuza and I am very happy!

a friend of mine got FC 24 around new year last year on a crazy discount and because of the power curve changing so fast he managed to build better team than mine even tho I played since the lunch of the game..., So that's what Im thinking to do with FC25 so I can give EA as little as possible... I also play on PS4 old gen game witch I find a bit better but for the 1st couple of WEEKS there was a glitch in PS4 only, in weekend league the circle for timing a penalty was not visible at all for a few weeks.... and many more that are present now... Thats another topic not many ppl talk about... why they release PS4 version if they not gonna support it whatsoever ... Even now every game in PS4 I receive goals from Rainbow flick into Bicycle Kick from outside of the box witch no one ever talks about... the Menu is painful to navigate , the amount of times the game is crashing is unbelievable... I play a lot of Warzone witch is a FREE game and dont have any of this issues. Anyway I do enjoy your content keep doing what you doing!

Haven’t played for 6 months, but the only way you can enjoy ultimate team is if you don’t play for rewards, sbcs, or chasing players or coins. Don’t even care about whether you win a game or not. Give up the attachment because it will just stress and anger you. Just play games casually for fun, with no regard for the outcome. Just play football for the fun of it, try things, have fun, and give up attachment to anything else. I find the gameplay is much better when you haven’t played for a while, and after a few hours it will get poor again. Switching between ps4 and 5 versions every now and again also helps.

The problem is the people who play the game, not the game its self, like we all love fifa, so we buy fc points, we all love chocolate, so we buy chocolate, everything in moderation. but we dont all get an addiction to something we love. EA sell fc points just like shops sell chocolate , if you so choose to over spend your money on fc points you only have yourself to blame really. Eafc is like it is for two reasons. Market power and capitalist ownership structure. A few more companies with capitalist ownership structures entering the market with other football games isn’t going to change anything for the better in the medium and long run.

The issue is though is too many promo’s coming too quickly, like they’re definitely trying to make it so that people lose coins and just nerf players forcing ppl to sell the player and buy an upgrade.. whether that’s with coins, or tempting ppl to buy points. I’m not someone who buys points, but EA def try to force you to like play non stop. Like you should ALWAYS make coins if you get to a certain rank in WL, but there’s even times where I have gone 16 wins 4 losses and still lost coins because of promo’s coming out and my ‘meta team’ value dropping significantly. Like why does someone lose coins by winning that many in WL 🤣🥴 there should be a minimum amount of coins you make by competing in it and getting a certain rank.

Regarding the fifa nostalgia thing. Fifa 15, back in 2015, I thought it was such a good game. I played it the whole time and really enjoyed all the way to the end. I can't say the same about Fifa 19. The gameplay was a lot less enjoyable. Having said this, I actually played fifa 15 again in 2019. Fifa 15 felt like a hot piece of garbage, compared to fifa 19, in 2019. The truth is that fifa 15 gameplay, played in 2019, was 100% much worse than Fifa 19, even tough I remember enjoying fifa 15 a lot more. Was this Nostalgia? Was it maybe because of the sweatfest introduced by fut champs that made the game just feel less enjoyable, even though the gameplay was better? I think it was just the case that Fifa 15 was much better and enjoyable for 2015 standards than Fifa 19 was for 2019 standards. After that maybe it got outdated, especially with the ps4 coming out. But even now, after that experience, sometimes I also think could it all be just nostalgia?

Game feels like a chore cuz it is. There’s no casual mode to grind, doesn’t even need crazy rewards just something. Madden another ea game has multiple modes you can grind at anytime with no limit, there’s one for casuals that gives good rewards, there’s a more competitive one for higher tier players that gives cracked rewards I get on for 3 hours Thursday to play rivals and another 3 Friday for champs and then don’t touch the game

I have played EA FC/ FIFA since 2008 and Ultimate Team has never been my best mode. My best mode has only been career mode and am always disappointed with how EA pay less attention to Career Mode because their cash cow is the UT. I have never played UT even for once except this year. I only started my UT July this year and I never spent a dime building my team. So for me I know there is no way EA is going to make money off me except buying the actual game. And oh I turned 39 years this May so trust me if I say I have played FIFA for a loooong time.

Wait a second - you can’t bemoan the gambling aspect of this when you are sponsored by a coin merchant. The same dollars that would be spent by these kids (and your viewers) on EA points are just being spent on your coin merchant. It’s feeding the same addiction. If you were taking the stance that you want to help break this gambling addiction and were ending your sponsored deals, that would be a big, righteous statement. But you can’t take this moral stance on gambling when you are paid by just another drug dealer.

@@JFCee but you are buying coins bc you are addicted to getting rare players. The addiction isn't to the points, it is to the rare players. That is what kids/everyone is addicted to. This game has become pay to win. Buying coins so you can simply buy the players directly is simply cutting out one step. But, spending money to get rare players - whether through EA or a merchant - is still feeding the same addiction. So, rather than give your money to one drug dealer, you are giving it to another. But the core addiction - to these rare players - is the exact same. You've just bypassed the middle man. It's like saying you'll get your coke right from the farmer in Columbia. But the addiction to coke is the real problem, not how you get the coke. If you really want to take a stand against the addiction (which I wholeheartedly endorse), then you should stand against ANY company feeding this beast. Pay to win should never been supported. And taking money from coin companies is supporting it, IMO.

The gambling aspect is bad, thats one thing. (didnt buy a single FP in 23/24) but..... For 1 single week in 2024, fc 24 was running flawlessly. Believe it or not, ONLY for 1 entire week from 52 weeks of the year. I was there. The game felt so good I cant even describe it. The game client is coded well, but the server backends are killing it. Why ? I dunno, Imho EA are trying to save up money from running much less server space, that are in demand. and my view ? It will be THE SAME in FC 25. Nothing will change.
