Dude there is a reason I love Brent Smith! It's not just he's the singer for shinedown. It's this energy he has in him to go from rockstar to psychotic and dark at the snap of the fingers. He has this potential to be an actor, but it works beautifully in music videos! To me, Brent Smith is the very definition of Controlled Chaos.

Omg I love that it actually is a movie you did. That’s the part I love so much about this video. And I even rewatched immediately to just see details I missed. Now I’m really curious about the movie.. ❤️

Hi! That's a really cool story... Although... Well, the song was released in 2009; you had this movie that at that time as you said no one cared about but hey, we're in 2021 (almost 2022), things have changed A LOT and maybe it could be seen by a lot of new people who might think differently now of it (people talk way more often about mental health issues, protecting the children... Things that have always mattered but that are not treated as taboo subjects anymore)... What if you talk to the band and see what they think of that? We now have Netflix, Amazon prime and all these streaming services... You might have to edit again the film to include the song somewhere in the soundtrack or whatever, but at least Shinedown's fans would be excited to have the full movie from which this awesome video came! Just a suggestion 😊

I think the reason your movie wouldnt succeed is that it points out something that really happens that nobody wants to admit to. You hit too close to home for some powerful people, as things have been being proven last few years.
