Myles Turner should 1000% be on this list. He covers all Sabonis's weaknesses. Turner spaces the floor for him, he protects the rim for him, and he switchs out to the perimeter for him. If Myles Turner wasn't on the team, the Pacers would be noticably worse and we'd be looking at Sabonis a lot differently.

I think LaMarcus shooting threes was more of a change in Pop’s scheme than it was him randomly starting to shoot. He’s always had that deadly mid range and a decent deep ball but seeing that as LA stretching the floor opens things up for Derozan has Pop written all over it.

Honorable mention Wendell Carter jr I think his ability to lead a team like the bulls to a top 5 defense in the league with only kris Dunn this season helping him then when he gets injured the team immediately drops to a bottom 5 defense in the league really shows the impact of Wendell on defense and on his team as a whole
