yeah to be honest other than water one they are all pretty easy just nerve factor. I think anyone not overweight could do almost all the courses especially that u can cheat (balance beam) so u can also cheat the memory one and jump squares and skip 80% of the tiles. On god u remove the water one i think even kids could do it if the swinging bar weren't so high up and if they arent to short like a 14 year old could. still nerves i guess and pressure would be the main factor not the obstacles
