Hey everyone! Looks like I'm getting a bunch of new viewers on this video. First off, thanks for watching! Second, I want to address a few common comments I've been getting, just so there's no misunderstanding here: 1. This video was 100% for fun. I wasn't making fun of anyone or looking down at them based on what they sent me. In fact, I was actually really excited that so many people sent me comments. I thought reacting to these would be a fun change of pace to my normal videos and a way to interact with my viewers. I don't take myself too seriously. 2. When I talked about Paul Byron, I wasn't saying that I thought he was bad. He played on the Sabres almost a decade ago and for some reason I always forget about him until I hear his name. It's not a knock on him, it's just a weird thing with me. (So relax Habs fans! 😂) 3. Rasmus Dahlin > Quinn Hughes. 😁 K cool thanks bye!

Hi! I just subscribed, and have watched a few of your videos including this one. Really have been liking your content! I think the Sharks trade would be the most worth while ( trading Logan Couture to buffalo with some some picks or another roster player possibly). Couture could definitely use a change of scenery like Eichel and the cap hit isn’t too bad. Couture is really amazing player and usually thrives under pressure. Just my opinion but who knows

I don’t understand a lot of these trades for him. Even though he’s a Star people are trying to under hand Buffalo. Matthews for for him straight up would be interesting. Goal scorer for goal scorer. Jack would have a lot of talent to play with where as Matthews could be the strength and becoming better at being a two way player. When John came over the Il’s were calling him a traitor and I think Jack would have the same treatment if he came over. Buffalo’s time will come Columbus proved the saying once you punch your ticket who knows what will happen. Jan Hose in the old playoff bracket had two years where they were the top team and got eliminated. One year they lost to eight place Ducks. I want to say the year the ducks won the cup so that was... I wished all of Toronto’s rivals could compete but at the same time Boston is proving to be a true test and somehow we have to live with the fact we gave them tukka rask..... how long should the leafs pay....

This was the first video I watched on this chanel. Pretty funny :), easy subscribe. I'm a caps fan, and we dont really need eichel. ;). However, because we wont be able to keep holtby with this year's free agent, so Imma trade holtby and maybe a free bonus of a participation banner to put in your rafters, you guys havent gotten one in a while, so there you go. Edit: I'll add our cheap first round pick this year (2020), and maybe some future 3rd round pick (maybe 2021 or 2022). Probably will have to then trade some players to a different team for picks to stay under salary cap.

Klingberg is on a steal of a deal for a couple more seasons and I really dont see how the Stars will be able to afford him going forward. I think a 1c and 1d is a pretty damn good deal for Eichel.

Ottawa die hard here, we’ve never been “bad” at center but we have also never had a true superstar since Jason Spezza was in his prime... Eichel would be exactly that and more. As a forward he could give our team a big boost up front and provide a leadership presence and well needed goal scoring. Chabot can only do so much for us by himself so we attempt to bring in another franchise player, sending Buffalo the following : From OTT: 2022 conditional first rounder (condition being eichel plays at least 60 games, if not, it becomes a 2023 1st instead), 2023 2nd and 4th rounders(4th becomes a third if Eichel leads the team in scoring), Colin White, Connor Brown, Lassi Thomson, Nick Paul and Borowiecki. From BUF: Jack Eichel Perhaps considered too much or not even enough, Ottawa attempts to go all in For Eichel.

The Flyers deal structure makes sense. Patrick is a second overall pick, and at worst if he gets over his concussion issues he will be a third line center. Instead of Laughton, we'd need to add one of our good young prospects like Cam York. This applies to Jack Eichel. A great offensive talent, a defensive liability, lazy, no leadership skills. People in Buffalo over rate him as a top three talent when in reality his overall game is nowhere close. It just isn't.

Erik Macaluso Full disclosure, i only watched about 40 of their games this past year from start to finish. I also watched about 40 games of most other teams in the league. I am a diehard hockey fan who is retired and is lucky enough to have both the time and financial ability to do so. I could easily name twenty players off the top of my head who i would not trade one for one (removing age and contract status from the equation). That does not make Eichel a bad player. Every player in the nhl is a superb player, and even an above average hockey player in the nhl can have 200 players better than he is. Things are relative, and relatively speaking he is not in the best of the best grouping.

@@stupidas9466 As someone who has watched waaaay too many Sabres games start to finish, I can tell you that your assessment is really, really off. He's certainly not a defensive liability, in fact his 2 way game has improved immensely this year, he is most certainly not lazy (like, at all), and as far as leadership, just look at what his teammates said about his leadership at their end of season press conference. At 23 he's already one of the better leaders we've had. And to say he's not in the best of the best grouping is, again, really, really off.

I'm a Wild fan and I'm not even sure if we're rebuilding or if all of the prospects are in place to focus on a new cup window opening up and the only thing left to do is commit to the group featuring Fiala, Kunin, Kahkonen, and Kaprizov. It's hard to say who would be the best players to move, but maybe Donato, Brodin, Eriksson Ek, two firsts, and Rask (to absorb cap hit). I'm not very smart, but I figured I'd give it a shot.
