The reason for Parasect's eyes being lifeless is because Parasect is dead, the Mushroom took control of its body.

When playing Pokemon Infinite Fusion, I got that fusion of Cofagrigus and Volcarona from the Safari Zone. Really cool fusions for sure

4:45 That is the crown worn by pharaohs on his head! He's meant to be a lil pharaoh, further implied by the crook and flail as all three are symbols of rules in Egypt. :3 Looks like it might be pre-unification of Egypt but I'm not sure~ Also for 5:03 - yes, there is a milk deity. Iat, an ancient Egyptian minor goddess of milk, nurturing and childbirth.

I got a Cofagrigus/Arceus for my starter on a randomizer. It was surprisingly not as fun looking as some of these, but it was still super cool

at 4:20, I think that coffin with the arms and Area 51 tag are a reference to Lewis Goldson (or similar name) from guilty Gear. He uses a coffin with blue arms he stole from area 51 as his weapons, so maybe?

Parasect has dead eyes because it is basically dead. The mushroom on top of it is a parasite that controls the body😌
