Ok, your video content is good, what you lack is a proper way to finish your video. Let's say you make a video reviewing memes, everything is nice, good memes, good edits, maybe you edit a bit too much but you will learn that with time, so no worries, but at the end you just go "review, review, review, ok that will be it, thank you for watching, bye", I think you need something more, something between the last review and the ending/closing of the video. My suggestion would be to leave the camera rolling from the last review and then you do the ending process, because like this is feels odd and usually people do not like a sudden end to something. It's like eating chips and suddenly there is no bag, not that there are fewer and fewer chips until you get to the crumbs, I mean you eat chips (or crisps for Brits) and then suddenly the bag is gone and you have to get up and do something or you are watching a series/film and it just ends, no ending, no explanation, nothing, only the black screen or player/site home. Think about it. Not saying your videos suck, they are quite nice, I like them, you are fun, it is just the video ending that lacks the proper procedure. It seems abrupt, sudden. Oh and on April 1st, you could do a video of you wearing the horse mask the whole time with the video title "Just horsing around" but you just sit there and maybe listen to some non-copyrightable Slav music or metal.. or rap, which ever strikes your fancy.

If you really want to "fix" your lightning setup, I suggest maybe getting a pair of softboxes, one on each side. Other way to go would be the "more professional" 3 point light setup(look it up in wikipedia). Ring lights aren't really meant for people with glasses, as you have noticed! :D
