I totally feel you with the brain thing! This time of year especially and if you have upcoming events and just constantly having things at the back of your mind to keep on top of it definitely just ups the general stress and anxiety levels so it takes a little less then normal to feel overwhelmed! I have to write everything down and make lists or my head would explode and I'd never remember anything ever again. Also my short term memory is GARBAGE like I'll walk out of the room to do something and be like why am I here..oh wait something else (i don't have ADHD as far as I know i think it's just busy brain 🤣)
