I did NOT like Bob Dylan as a kid (in the 80’s) but my dad LOVES him. As a adult I listened again and read the lyrics as he sang. . . His lyrics are something that stops your heart and makes you tear up. He was also a HUGE voice in the 70’s against segregation. One of his songs Hurricane helped free a black man that was WRONGLY convicted of murder get released from prison after 30 YEARS of incarceration. He won’t stand for treating people differently, for any reason. His lyrics man...I’m telling you.
