This is Band-Maid and they play ROCK N ROLL! A lot of their HD Live clips get taken down and then re-upped, so end up with low view counts, hence harder to find! If you like instrumental completely I would really recommend Versailles - Faith and decision ( m.kzbin.info/www/bejne/d5XLl3hsfrmZpbM ). It's not an instrumental piece but it contains a lot of it.
