Mustii was sent by the Belgian French speaking TV channel, so if Belgium wins, there are great chances it will be organised either in Wallonia or Brussels

The rule is clear : the winning broadcaster has to organize the show. So, has to be RTBf. When Sandra Kim had won for the RTBf, the organization was made by RTBf in the Heyzel. So, not doubt, would be in Brussels, ING Arena... If we win, of course ;-)@@daninio5004
