About Nozel, he's one of the best characters in the manga rn. The way he treated Noelle is still dumb, but he's a way better character now. Things will make more sense in the future. Also, Yuno's thing is a magic stone. The magic stones can be used to draw power from the underworld, use forbidden magic, etc. Elven apostles can use it to open the gates of the shadow palace too.

lol your suggestion for what Nozel "should have" done is essentially what he did. he said she wasn't cut out to be a magic knight, that she should stay off the battlefield, etc. she had never shown any signs that she would be able to control her magic, you can't blame Nozel for not being able to foresee Noelle's potential and how joining the Black Bulls would jumpstart her magical development. but yeah, go ahead and just paint his reason as "bad" (his reason being that he wouldn't be able to handle it emotionally if something happened to Noelle who is the spitting image of their mother)

Oh ok so i guess the next best thing is to treat her like shit and let her other siblings treat her like shit, sure that sounds like a reasonable response for someone trying to prevent someone they "love" from doing something dangerous. Just a little bit of emotional trauma never hurt nobody Lmao

@@CruzBrothersReact I forgot if they mentioned this in the anime, but in the manga nozel did it to discourage her from putting herself in danger, because he was of the demon that killed their mom, the reason why he didn’t do it with the other siblings was because they were already grown enough and it was too late

@@treesdontfly it's more of a writer's retcon for me, listening to some of the lines nozel himself said to noelle was straight up depressing if it were me, like idk if suicidal level treatment would of been the best approach to the character🤷‍♂️

@@CruzBrothersReact Idk why Nozel treated her that way but solid and nebra did it by watching Nozel treat her that way, and he couldn't jut stop them doing so bcs he had no explanation of why he do so himself, bcs even solid and nebra didn't know about megicula(I m sure u guys already know what it is) he couldn't just say"only I can treat her that way" or " I treat her bcs I don't want her to get in danger" bcs they will question him about it and he won't have a solid answer so he didn't stopped them.

Bro I saw that you skipped 153 so a brief summary from what I remember is that people from squads other than Black Bulls get promoted for their service in the elf fight. Leopold refuses it saying he is not worth it and Yuno gets promoted to Senior First Class, the same rank as Langris. The king just promotes Sekke to the same rank because Yuno is a peasent. By the way, Senior First Class Magic Knight is just one rank beneath Grand Magic Knights who are the captains. Then in the rest of the anime canon, some manga canon was mixed where they explain the Heart Kingdom's mana method and Magna just leaving because he was not good enough to use it. Asta trains with Gaja and Yami trains with Mereoleona for the mana zone. That's pretty much all what was missed.
