Yeah, he's that good. There are some people that are born singers, Brian is one of them. He moves me to tears even though I've heard him sing this song at least 30-40 times. It had been a while since I had listened to him sing this song, and I think I am more moved now than when I first heard him. His voice just finds the center of my being and grabs my heart. I keep waiting for him to take off, but as yet I haven't seen that. So here's to Brian becoming a star!!!

Enjoyed that very much all the way from the UK. I’d love you to react to Queens live performance of this from Montreal 1981. Sure most people have heard the original song but the live performance they put on is ridiculous and Freddie’s voice is unreal that night. Sup3rfruit rise Brian is phenomenal in it its beautiful! They covered the song for the Miami club shooting. Its emotional. I'm obsessed. It has Scott and mitch from pentatonix they're all incredible! I've seen a couple of your reaction videos and I love the honestly and your intelligence on the performance, rather than just do I like that. BJCs version of Shallow is fantastic as he sings both parts convincingly and equals or betters the original. Great voices I appreciate whatever the genre and his is one of a few that brings a tear.

You might also want to check out Dimash Kudaibergen, probably the greatest singer on the planet right now, with a 6+ octave range (C2 to D8, sustained!). That was Brian's audition to get on AGT season 11. I had forgotten how good it was. He was my choice to win that year, but the Grace VanderWaal train had too much stream. Other than Freddie, that's my favorite rendition of this song. Then he turns around and does "Creep" the best I've ever heard it. As far as the "voice" goes, Brian was easily the best on the show that season. He returned for the first year of AGT Champions, but didn't crack the Top 5. If singers don't have a gimmick on that show, with it's pre-taped "stupid" fan voting format, they have no chance of making the Top 5, no matter how good that are. It was fun watching your reaction to him a second time. Wishing you all the best.

During the regular seasons of AGT, fan voting is available once the show goes to the live shows. During the auditions, the voting is up to the judges. It is not clear what you mean by pre-taped "stupid" fan voting, unless you are referring to the Super fans, which are only on AGT Champions, and which is pre-recorded in its entirety and does not have any live fan voting. Also, BJC did have a gimmick. They really pushed hard on the fact that he was bullied to get fans invested. It was mentioned multiple times in every episode that he appeared in (during his initial run). And, he finished 4th, which is in the top 5, so again, not sure what you are on about. FWIW, I think that Angelina Jordan's version of this song is much better than Brian's and I believe that Haley Reinhart's version of Creep with PMJ is much better as well. Not taking anything away from Brian, but feel that there are better performances of both songs out there. Edit: I do see where you were referring to Champions above with regard to the pre-taping and stupid fan voting. I completely agree in that regard. The Champions format is a hot mess. There are only 50 Super fans, which means that a contestant can win by getting only 10 votes in total (and possibly as few as 6 or 7). If you have 50 votes split between 12 contestants (the number of finalists), you average about 4.6 votes per person. If one person gets just 2 or 3 more than another, they win. Champions should be live and open to fan voting.

I love your reactions to Brian Justin Crum. You've watched his first two performances on AGT that season, and while his remaining performances that season were good, I think the song choices were not that great for the rest of the season. I think that's why he did not do as well in the final. However, his AGT Champions performances were EPIC. He sang "Your Song" by Sir Elton John and "Never Enough" from the "Greatest Showman." Absolutely EPIC performances on AGT Champions.

If you read my comments in your last BJC reaction, you'd see I had requested BJC's Creep cover a couple of months ago in one of your previous vids, so glad to see you review it. And, in the comments I left for your yesterday, after you mentioned in the Creep video that you'd been asked to do 1 more BJC reaction, I told you I hoped it was "Somebody to Love". Sooooo, love that you reviewed this one AND your reaction - Those were his 2 best on the show. Perfect means Brian has worked extremely hard to develop his vocal style....Why are people so opposed to excellence? Yes, there are plenty of mediocre singers out there...why do you think the audience responded so favorably to such a talented performer? Because they recognize a stellerr talent which stands out so much more than the rest.
