13:25 yeah, I think that they were only able to split the first book into two seasons because of covid... If I recall correctly, that's why it happened. So it was a very special circumstance that just kind of worked out in everyone's favour... Because yeah I absolutely agree with you I LOVE that it was split into two parts. Pretty much nothing felt rushed because they had the TIME to tell the story and were allowed to kind of let things breathe. More than TV is usually allowed to breathe, anyway.

Yeah about actors learning to actually play the instrument... I mean sometimes you can get really really lucky and the actor just already knows how to play the instrument( like with Timothee Chalamet in Call Me By Your Name... he did have to learn the guitar for a single scene but he already knew rudimentary piano if I remember correctly and so they just had to teach him to play the specific pieces in the movie... And he did have to learn a little bit of Italian for the role but he's fluent in French) but most of the time they're pretty much just taught how to hold the instrument. And that's it. That's usually all that they have time to learn to make it look semi-decent on camera. But then of course people who are familiar with actually playing the instruments can usually immediately tell when an actor doesn't actually know how to play... So unfortunately if they do show Sam Reid actually playing an instrument in season 3 he's most likely just going to be taught how to hold it semi-properly... He's already going to have a LOT on his plate with the French and potentially Italian that he will have to speak in season 3... I don't think there will be enough time for him to really learn how to actually play any of the instruments. That's just how TV and movies work, unfortunately. So yeah if they do have Sam actually playing any of the instruments on screen or have Nicki playing more violin...your kid might have a difficult time 🤣🤣🤣

@@AnxietyRat Genuinely! It pains her to watch. There have been several movies that have come out in recent years about famous conductors and she's like, "this is not it " 😂 Kinda rips the magic of me enjoying the movie, I get it.
