Ascending a demonic slaughterhouse in the capital of Hell but now YOU'RE the butcher... What? I'm just describing what literally happens in the game.

Mick Gordon couldn't fully mix the ost of doom eternal unlike doom 2016 where he fully completed it. That's why there are guys like koma trying to recreate his mix because Mick tried to fit twice the amount of tracks for doom eternal in only 3 months, he had most of the riffs, sounds and beats for every level but couldn't mix it before the deadline, so another sound designer had to complete Mick Gordon's work. The soundtrack is still amazing but it's sad to see that Mick won't be able to finish his style of mixing for the doom eternal ost on the future. This song is so amazing and I'm glad you guys finally reacted, and especially from koma, his edit is my favorite compared to the rest, the difference from the in game music compared to koma is literally 1 to 1, the only difference from koma's stuff and the in game soundtrack is purely sound quality stuff, literally everything is the same thing

People have told us about the debacle with Bethesda and the deadlines before, it's a real shame. It really is sad, even if I didn't play the game I kinda wish he stayed so that we could hear more DOOMick when future games release. But this Koma guy really knows his stuff, more of his mixes in the future! / George

I've been listening to this track a lot lately and heavily vibing with it. Hearing you both talk about it, I realised something: the reason it sounds "different", like watching a battle from a distance rather than constantly taking part in it, is that it's two levels inside a soul factory in hell - but both levels are actually just necessary steps in a journey to another realm. I feel this explains why it has such a feeling of constancy. You're not here to stay, but it's here forever and is utterly evil. It's also visually modelled after images of the Biblical Tower of Babel.
