I'm still learning, but what I gathered was: 2:24 Mafia game is common in idol variety content, so most fans will probably know it, even if they did not know before. The fun part is that JiU gets killed first _a lot._ This leads to further hilarity as you have already seen, I believe (JiU kneeling before others, pleading for her life in vain). 6:15 Yoohyeon said was 고자 (鼓子, eunuch); but she wanted to say 곧아. 9:20 What Gahyeon said was not 신발, she said 이시연 씨 발 (Miss Siyeon Lee's foot). You can see how that might be... misinterpreted :D 11:27 Siyeon's nickname is Singnie 싱니; I believe she said 싱니병, as in everyone falls for her; but SuA shortened it to (I believe) 싱니병이... 싱병, which I believe people took as similar to the flipped 병신, which I believe is more or less equivalent to "idiot", or maybe even "retard". 11:49 I'm pretty sure it was one of those games where you try to weird out the opponent, or make them laugh; and I'm pretty sure the reason it sounded like 레즈 was because JiU actually did say 레즈, not 렌즈. SuA breaks into laughter, then Gahyeon first proclaims JiU as the winner... then her idol image protecting instinct kicks in, and her being quick-witted as she is, immediately comes up with some friendly gaslighting -- too bad the reaction of everyone (including her) makes it kind of impossible. :D 18:13 Gahyeon's reactions are always amazing, she has such an expressive face. It also answers your question what is my favourite part. Her one-eyebrow-up "네...?" at 11:33 is priceless. While I have your attention, may I inject a suggestion? While Dreamcatcher is my top group, I want to ask about a Mamamoo song called A.Z.E. G.A.G. It is very good as a song in its own right even when you don't understand the lyrics; but, for somewhat obvious reasons, it elicits much stronger reactions from Koreans than non-Koreans. It is actually what made me want to learn Korean. However, it is very hard to find Korean reactions to it (I think I only found like three or so). If you haven't heard it before, would you mind having a listen? :)

That facial expression Jiu has when the members mess up is something you'll be seeing a lot. I've never seen her scold anyone though. If someone needs scolding, it's Sua that does it. The clip of Gahyeon swearing in English cuts off before the best bit. Gahyeon is off camera cleaning her shirt and Sua is quietly eating and with out looking up she says in a calm voice 'apologize for what you just said'. I've always thought that Gahyeon is the most traditional of the members and sometimes she gets quite annoyed with their antics.

DC content is just pure serotonin. I often find myself wondering what it would be like to be in JiU's position, just constantly on high alert and damage control for the shenanigans. It's a full time job on its own 🤣

A lot of us have seen Dreamcatcher cover for each other SO MANY times we know SuA intentionally said lez and the others did a whole mini-game with the closest word they could think of, lens, which is an Expert Difficulty level word to be stuck with for a question about what she wants to eat. "You can't eat lens that's not healthy unnie" bless her she's trying so hard. During their US Tour someone gave SuA an Elephant Pen t-shirt that said Boop Boop on it. The legacy continues.

I think Handong has like a "dirty mind" kind of a person, she doesn't slip any words but her expressions just says it and also probably because she isn't that fluent yet with the language. Being unfiltered idols though is really one of their biggest charms especially since they are also not afraid to call out their haters.

Hello ^_^ I'm back. It's been a minute...work got busy. So I'm glad to watch DC meme videos with you for a bit to relax. Mafia game/werewolf game/all the derivative games of that form have been making a comeback recently, pioneered by mostly gaming nerds and quarantine (there's ways to play the game remotely using computer randomization, so it was very popular for a while among students in high school/university, according to my brother's experience lmao). I think it's become a bit of a camp/sleepover game in the past several years. It's completely true that idols can swear just like, well, _people,_ because they are, so it makes me happy that DC is as unfiltered as they _are_ on camera because it feels like it humanizes them so much. People love them _with_ their unfilteredness rather than despite it, and I think that's a good example to be setting, though that's just my opinion.

Singnie is a nickname that the members use for Siyeon who has a reputation for blurting out words she shouldn't say or mispronouncing words so they have a bad meaning. Sua also has Singnie disease.
