He is from Spain, and as an American it is nice to see a champion like this get our attention because all I knew from Spain before was that the tapas are delicious. Most of our influence comes from Mexico and it is very much not the same. Wow! He is good! I'm a big fan of drumming. My next door neighbor is a drummer (not this class) He's very considerate about when he plays, but I love to stand outside and just listen to him go at it. I really enjoyed him. Thanks you for introducing him to us.

I discovered Jorge during the pandemic when he was just an Instagram drummer with 20ish thousand followers. Watching him blow up is amazing. He’s is from Valencia Spain but speaks Portuguese…that might be part of the confusion of where he’s from. I have been playing drums for almost 40 years, and he blows me out of the water…but he does nothing but inspire me to practice and get better.
