One can say that there are two eras of solo female Filipino singers. Those who came before Regine Velasquez and those who came after her. The final number vividly depicts this. Regine is rightfully placed at the middle as she bridges the gap between old and new OPM. She probably is the only singer that can seamlessly transition back and forth and has complete mastery of both OPM eras.

She inspires majority of Pinoy and Pinay singers not just her vocals and contributions but her story as a person, on how to strive and not giving up despite of poverty. In terms of music industry, Regine's influence is undeniable, like she is part of the culture already especially in concerts and singing contest, they immitate and follow her over and over. She deserves to have it. REGINIANS know that!

I watched all 27 minutes of this. So fun!!! Thanks for reacting. In case you haven't noticed, Regine broke down at the line "Unti-unting kinabukasan ko'y magniningning." That line was repeated three times during the entire number, at tatlong beses din niyang hindi masabi ng buo dahil iiyak siya. She got all choked up on the 1st mention of the line 22:49, then sinalo siya ni Sarah at ng group during the 2nd 23:33 and 3rd 24:22
