5:48 to answer your question to why TWICE are getting emotional not only Nayeon but all the members cried is because that time 2018 where BTS won Artist of the year and was having a winning speech, BTS talks about their struggles and how they’re physically and mentally tired and they get hate a lot and because of it they considered having a disbandment and somehow TWICE can relate to BTS struggles that after BTS speech TWICE members cried and went to have a group hug to each other.

At 6:10 Twice are one of the few idols that basically don't give a shit about rumors, they basically just enjoy it all while doing some dancing and singing, they are really supportive both to their seniors but also to the newest groups, if there are times where they are completely serious it's when they are too exhausted to react

5:50 Twice cried because they just won the daesang for song of the year ( prestigious award ), three years in a row , they kind of didn't expect it. so they were so emotional and happy, they received their award just before bts who took the second deasang of the night with artist of the year, so when they comeback to their sites they were emotional ; bts speech was beautiful and sad but I don't think it is the reason for their tears! when the speech end (=the end of the award show) they hugged each other .

At 5:26 it's not really the first time that Nayeon or any members cried while watching a performance, they also cried while watching for example Stray Kids, and it's because of the lyrics, Twice are one of the most hardworking idols but also one of the most hated, especially during those awards shows, were when they didn't even have time to catch they breath because of their schedules and also there were so many messed up rumors about them, so the lyrics are kinda deep and we think they felt it deep inside

4:52 algunos siguen diciendo que lloraban por el discurso de BTS, incluso abajo alguien lo menciona pero no es así. Nayeon si tenía los ojos llorosos con el discurso de Jin pero ese video fue tomado en otro momento, fue al final de la premiación. Y lloraban seguramente porqué ganaron SOTY (song of the year) así que estaban orgullosas y por eso el abrazo en grupo.
