Thank you for your insightful reaction to this Angelina Jordan performance. It is obvious that you are someone who truly appreciates the technical and artistic aspects of vocal music. As a retired music educator and jazz musician, I would say to all young singers: Don’t try to sing like Angelina until you know how to do it. Take voice lessons and learn everything you can about vocal technique and artistic styling. If you try to do what she does before you know what you are doing, you could severely damage your voice and may never be able to sing again. Angelina has a gift that very, very few people in history have ever had. All of her physical vocal abilities and sense of musical style came with her at birth and because her family played music all the time as she was growing up. She is a force of nature. You can aspire to sing like her, but don’t push it. We would like to see and hear you on KZbin someday!

For those of us who follow and listen to Angelina I can tell you this. She's not GOING to be a legend........she IS a legend now. I'm 60 years old and have never been so mesmerized by an artist as I am with her. There's nothing she can't sing and every song she sings she makes her own. I hope I live long enough to see her get the recognition she deserves. She is absolutely amazing. Long live the Queen.

This was a beautiful summer day in Oslo, and the first of her concerts I attended. It was also the release concert for the album “It’s Magic “ The title is really fitting! The orchestra, the Norwegian Defense Staff Orchestra comes out a tad strong in live I think, but the studio versions on her album is amazing and perfect.

When comparing this live performance with the studio recording, it becomes obvious to everyone how much she likes to sing to other people. She's feeding energy from the audience in this song and takes it another level. Yes, it's true ... the audio quality is much better on the CD, but not Angelina's performance

It's easy to get hooked on this girl. The band was too loud on this, the studio version is much better, it has some excellent guitar playing on the end.
