Before Jackie, I would not have listened to any of the songs on this CD. But knowing who she was and the love I have for her singing, I listened to the CD and have never turned back. Love all her music.

It's hard not to fall in love with Jackie's voice. She has such a pleasant and mature tone, something you could listen to all day long. You had that trance like look on your face as one does when listening to such a dreamy angelic voice.

It's so easy to fall in love with Jackie's voice! When she sings her voice wraps around your soul and makes everything perfect for at least the duration of the song. Addiction to Jackie's voice is easier than any drug. But unlike drugs, her voice heals your heart. I am 65 years old and never has any singer affected me like Jackie! And I have seen many of the greats! Barbra, Celine and others. None have touched me like Jackie. I am blessed to be going to my first Jackie concert in April. I hope I don't spend the whole time crying. I am in the 2nd row. Great seats! I will let you know about it afterwards.

Here's the thing about witnessing Jackie live on stage. Her voice is more incredible than any recording medium and her personality is mesmerizing... the "Jackie Effect" will enthrall you if you open your heart to her. Jackie is all about love and acceptance. I pity the dead of heart trolls that refuse to hear her wondrous message from that incredible soprano voice. "They have ears but cannot hear"

Wayne Seaman, I couldn't agree with you more! I just recently attended a Jackie Evancho concert. I was mesmerized the whole time! She's fantastic live. That's the difference between Jackie and other artists. She's better live! While others seldom sound like their studio selves. I still remember Kent's reaction when he first heard Jackie. He was hit with one of the most severe cases of The Jackie Evancho Effect, that I have ever seen! It was priceless!

There are many other children singers doing some of the same songs that Jackie did but so many of them just sort of scream out the high notes. There simply is no one that can do what she does. The last notes in Atessa. Could you ask for better perfection.

Thank you for your positive comments for Jackie Evancho! I am a big fan of hers and have been to six of her concerts from age 11 to 16. She is so very wonderful! Incredible soprano and sparkling endearing personality! She is radiant on stage! I am anticipating her new album to be released sometime in 2019!

Drama? It's called emotional singing! The singer is supposed to make the listener feel as if the story of the song is personally happening to them. You should learn to experience music not just listen to it!

Because the amazing child prodigy is very small. In order for her to make that adult sound she always had to conduct herself a little to get it to come out right. What was interesting to me was listening to this after listening to Kendra Dantes original Burn this Love to Ashes. In the past I have referred to a whisper vibrato that Kendra has and I heard it here with Jackie as well. Jackie's is a bit more pronounced and she has a little better control of it, however to my ear they both have this same effect to their vocals. I have also listened to Jackie's latest material now that she is an adult, and that whisper vibrato is not there anymore, which is a loss in my opinion.

Its still there she can turn it on and off at will. You'll hear it more often when the soring soprano comes down in register as she does here. Unlike many professionals who have a couple dozen well practices numbers perfected over the years, Evancho seems to chose a new group of covers annually and run with them. I must have heard her perform over 200 different songs. @@rehoboth2721 Thanks for the links, I listened to Caruso and while she uses vibrato, the 'whisper vibrato' (my term) is not there. If you listen to this performance, you can hear it in the middle of phrases and on the word 'moonlight', where you would not expect it. It is probably a flaw that has been fixed, however to me it is the imperfection that makes it perfect.
