I like your reaction a lot and I do like this song a lot. Watching from Sweden. You did pronounce his name pretty well as well. "Ä" is like the "Ə" sound in your language Azerbaijani, I think. Two "Ä" makes the sound longer and you nailed it. I am impressed. The "J" in Finnish but also Swedish is more like the "Y" in Azerbaijani. 😀 I am impressed! How beautiful it looks over there, with trees, sun is shining and everything. If you like him you can check some short snippets of him speaking in Rally-english. Sağol. 🙂

So, what's the song is all about: It is very stereotypical Finnish thing that you are very unsocial and reserved, shy and not really being yourself until you get enough alcohol (piña colada in this case) to release the "party animal" within you. It relaxes your body and mind and breaks your "barrier" so you can let it loose and wild and dance, be more happy and do not think what others are thinking. That's why the first half is kinda dark and grumpy, but when enough piña coladas has devoured, he gets the courage to go the dance floor and be wild! That's why the latter part changes completely to happy and goofy sounding. It really has deeper meaning and message to not be afraid of anything and you can be just you. I hope this make more sense to the song. Cheers from FInland!

Oh, and couple things to mention also: Those pallets also represents the "prison" the guy is in. What that means is you have that kind of outer shell that you have to break to be more free. (In music video it was boxing ring which represents kinda same thing, fighting with the "another side of yourself.") As you can notice, he gets out of the "prison" in latter, happier part. (Also, I believe those ropes represents alcohol and dancers probably just other people or the things that alcohol brings to him.) But yeah, as a Finn I can 100% relate to that imprisonment feeling as I am exactly like that.

@@Glyxis. In the official video it is not a boxing wring, but wrestler's ring, for show wrestlers. The green thing he is wearing a Mexican wrestler's outfit. Anyway, it is a metaphor of some kind of fight. That fight goes inside his head against every day worries, stress, shyness etc. Like many Finns, he loosens up a bit by drinking alcohol, and in the end all the shyness is away, and he dares to dance any way he can, and be himself. "...en oo arkena tää mies laisinkaan En oo mut tänään oon se mies, tänään oon se mies Nyt lähden tanssimaan..." translates to: "...ordinarily I am not this kind of man at all, no, i am not, but today I am that man, today I am that man, I will start dancing..." On the video the arena is still there, but on life performance the pallets have been moved away, and there is an open floor for dancing. Simultaniosly the whole tone of the song changes.

@@tommilaitinen5555 Yeah, that is what I basically just said/meant. Anyway, that is how I see it too also, you just put it in words a liitle bit differently I guess.

It's a "possujuna" = piggy train = binge drinking night. Finnish sayings are weird. 😂

Cha Cha has its roots in Cuban folk music, more precisely in the dance rhythm called danzon, from which composer Enrique Jorrin developed Cha cha. As a dance, it is mainly based on mambo and is an example of how music created dance. It is the Latin variety in international competition dances where you compete with classical dances and Latino dances. Thank you for the reaction, now we know he is in the Finals, 🥰💗 greetings from Finland btw.
