Idk if I'm the first person to explain this to you, or if you found it out already, but if not, i'm sincerely hoping, you're gonna read this The picture of the truck was once used by lemon demon, for songs of his, that belonged to no album. As for what it is, it's the head of Eddie Murphy, at the back of a truck. It was driven through the US, back in 2008, to advertise his newest movie, "meet Dave". They drove it very slowly through heavy traffic, while playing loud music, to annoy people. The reason Neil used this as cover for his songs is just because of how random and nonsensical it is. And you gotta admit, it's pretty funny. Apparently 20 or more trucks with his head were made and used for this purpose, but I think this is not true, as it would be way more well known Anyway I have tons of pictures of this stupid truck, that I annoy my friends with xd

Good on you for buying a gun, things are getting crazy. Anyway, basically the whole Spirit Phone album is amazing. That isn't the actual album cover, the album cover is Neil Cicierega holding a cat. Also, for additional context on that image you're staring at, it is an Eddie Murphy replica head! It's actually got a set of shoulders too, it's from the movie "Meet Dave." A quick Google search is very entertaining...
